Nice LARGE balloon
Nice balloon. Just know apparently helium is expensive so it did cost an additional $10 to fill with helium.

Couldn't get the straw in
I have done these before (from other companies) so I don't think it was user-error - I could not get the straw through the top part, so I had to puncture the actual balloon to make a hole for the straw. Needless to say it did not stay inflated despite layers of packing tape. I'm hoping it was a one-time problem with this company, but definitely disappointed. I am otherwise a big fan of these non-helium balloons. Now if they could only be recyclable...
