Great in the dry not the wet
Comfortable & supportive but my shoes got wet which caused the top material layer to come unstuck & bunch up making it awkward to walk

Foot comfort
I have arthritis in my ankles and knees so shock absorption in my footwear is vital to comfort and well-being. The sorbothane full strike insole meets my requirements and I have been using them for a number of years.

RUBISH!! DON'T BUY IT!
An absolute disgrace to humanity. How can someone sell this overpriced piece of junk??I bought those thinking were normal cushioned insole. But what they did is put some kind of glue on the bottom of the sole. There is a sticky rubber which makes it impossible to slide inside the shoe. took me 10min to try to get those inside my shoe. then to realise the size was wrong, so I had to cut it down to fix and now I cannot even return this to get my money back. another 10/ 20min just to fit one. It's very flabby and will not stay on the insole position. It moves when you walk, when you remove your foot from shoe and if u turn your shoe upside down it will just fall. It went straight to the bin and I'm extremely unhappy. 1 star is too much for this junk. This company should read my post and give my money back!

Good for rugby/football boots.
My son suffered from blisters when wearing new (quality) rugby boots. I guess the thin sole is the price to pay for light weight boots. I bought these based on the reviews and they have cured the problem. They fit perfectly in the boot (no cutting needed), they are light so don't add weight to the boot, and most importantly they don't move/slide. I will definitely buy again.

Less effective than their Double Strike product
I wouldn't recommend these, as they provide very little cushioning for the money. The material absorbs impact to a degree but you still feel like you're slipping around all over the top. Probably designed to be worn between the shoe's provided insole and the bed of the shoe proper, but I would say stick to the Double Strikes, which provide a one stop solution and are far more comfortable
