I am a 63 year old man with type 2 diabetes. I recently have had problems controlling my blood sugar levels (I use a G6 glucose monitor). This is despite any change in diet or activity level. My blood sugar level routinely fluctuates from about 180-300 (my target is 100-160). I came across this product while searching the internet on the topic "controlling blood sugar levels". The product description included testimonials from a number of celebrities that I recognized, and the product was listed on Amazon (which I use frequently). Against my better judgement, I ordered a bottle (for about $50). After the product arrived, I began taking it as directed. Nothing seemed to happen with my blood sugar levels for the next 5 days. On the sixth night, I was awoken from the alarm on my glucose monitor (it beeps anytime my blood sugar level reaches 250). The monitor read 400 ! I was horrified! I considered going to the local emergency room, fearing a stroke or heart attack. I decided to wait until morning. The next morning, I used the finger prick method to determine my blood sugar level. It still showed an alarming 365. I discontinued using the product immediately, and over the next 48 hours my blood sugar level returned to " normal". The following week, I made an appointment with my Primary Care Physician. She was appalled that I would use such a product, found on the internet, without consulting a doctor first. Have only been using this product for a short time. Have not seen any noticeable effect/response to it's use. Updates to follow...

Good product

Don’t think it made a difference. Took them faithfully.

This is supposed to lower blood pressure and lower sugar level A1C. I have not experienced either with this product. I have been careful with eating and still no effect. I do not recommend this product.

after metformin recall, I tried StrictionD. It did nothing to lower my glucose or my A1c, contrary to the claims and instructions. Very expensive placebo.
