Caveat: I bought these for my gaming headset, I have not used them with Beats, but I can’t imagine it makes any difference. I couldn’t find replacement pads for it and these seemed to be the right size, so I took a chance based on the reviews and the price.The pads attach using preinstalled double sided tape. They also include a tool for removing the old pads, which only took a few seconds on each side. Remove the red plastic protective film from the tape and install the new pads.I’ve worn them for about 3 hours now with no discomfort, and it doesn’t feel like it’s going to be an issue with these. But if anything changes, I’ll update my review and rating.Are these going to last forever? No, probably not, but for the price, if I have to replace them every year I’m fine with that.

Per the photo on the box, I pried the earpad off one side using two thumbs and the other earcup folded. Then peeled the remaining tape around the speaker slowly. On the other side, I had to use the included tool to pry it up a bit, then used my thumbs again and again peeled off the tape slowly. I used the alcohol wipe around each speaker and let dry a while. Then do a test align using the holes and pins as shown above, peel off the red 3M tape and apply the same way, and press it down all around. Same on the other side. It looks perfect and I am not a handy person, so I was really happy with this! Time will tell how they will hold up but it looks and feels the same as the original earpads to me.

After a few years of wear, my padded ear cups were flaking off and leaving black leathery flakes all over my desk and body. These replacements were the exact solution for replacements. Price is unbeatable and my Beats are like new. Literally wearing them now, and loving them.

So to start this product is perfect and amazing. However, if you are worried about having to take off any parts of your headphones… you will. You technically have to break the small layer of plastic that connects the ear pad to the head set. Not a big deal honestly. Just a heads up.

I didn't have a problem with installing these, but be warned that it isn't easy to take off the original ones. I wasn't prepared for how difficult that part was, but installing these were very easy and the quality is great.

I wish I had known about replacing the ear cup sooner!! It was a piece of cake. Watch a YouTube video and bam! Beats looking like new. Told my Dad about it and he ordered a pair for his Beats. Great product!

I have the 2014 Beat by Dr Dre (pre-Apple). I wasn't sure if these would work, but they do! They fit perfectly and are easy to install. I followed a simple youtube video and had no problems. They aren't as comfy as the original Beats ear pads, but they do the job.

Not quite as think as the original foam pieces, but feels nice when they are warn. Easy installation.
