I am more than pleased with my purchase. But here are a few things to consider:1. The boxes that contain the frames are heavy and require two people to lift. I am not a very strong person and we have two flights of stairs, so we had to hire movers to assist with placing them inside of our platform bed. But once this was done assembly was easy. Almost two easy.2. The insert isn’t much of an assembly guide, if at all. I looked at the picture and that’s how I figured out how to assemble the legs.3. There are USB ports underneath the bed. So friggin cool.4. I forgot to buy sheets. I have 2 twin xls…I used flat sheets to ghouls me over. Order bedding! ;)5. If you own a bed with under storage, you will need to either buy a new bed or have openings around your bed. I removed our drawers and plan on detaching the front so that could then glue the drawer front around the opening. The openings don’t look “bad”. But they don’t look good either.

product arrived with damage that could not be seen before removing from the pallet it was shipped on. A hole through the cardboard box extended the damage to rip a hole in the bottom fabric of the bed. did not affect the use but was unsightly.

I chose medium firmness for my Mom. If I had the choice to do over, I would have chosen firm. Perhaps it's the nature of this type of mattress.The bed itself has been working well so far. It was easy to set up. The base was heavy to move into the house, but I was warned & had my son there to bring it in the house. The mattress is fairly light.
