I purchased this item to use it for my back and shoulders. It is very easy to use with it's flexible design and is very effective. The customer service is also great. Highly recommend it.

Haven’t used it as a heat pack, have used it as an ice pack. It certainly does the job of cooling and relieving pain. Quick ‘freezing’ and therefore ready for use.

This product is a great help to relieve aches and pains as it allows heat or cold to be strapped directly to the area

Soft to touch

Only used cold up to now, hence no rating for warmth.My wife took a bad tumble and has greatly benefited from the use of this product, controlling and relieving the swelling and bruising on her ankles and leg.I have benefited with the relief I have had with my sciatica.Easy to use, easy to sterilize, comfortable while in use.Great delivery.

This product is versatile in the fact it can be placed anywhere on the body & secured with the velcro strap. I have only tried tbe cold which was effective so I have no reason why the heat side of it won't work. Comfortable when in place. Very good buy.

Absolutely brilliant. Significantly helped my recovery time. I pulled my hamstring and got the pack on it as soon as I got home. The large area and strap allows great compression and really gets to work on the area as a whole which makes you feel that bit better about your injury - knowing that you’re doing all you can and that the injury is definitely covered and being treated. I was able to go for a significant cycle 3 days later without any pain or discomfort will resume light running in the coming days which is much sooner than when I’ve previously had muscle injuries.
