I've had mine since 2021, 20lbs LMAO I have over 55lbs in mine. This heater keeps all my 7018 rods moisture free, and it does keep them at 250 perfect. The price is just right, affordable, and shipping was quick. Easy set up, I lay mine on its side, this was you can hold more rods, and easier to get rods out, plus it keeps my battery's warm from being cold in my 40'x40' weld shop, just put them on the side works great. I will be buying another one very soon.

I bought one and when I received it I plugged it in and it started heating up right away. Maintained temperature at the set point and doesn't get hot around the body. The cover does heat up a little but there is a lifting knob so you don't make contact with it when getting rods out. Once I verified form, fit and function I ordered a second unit. I have one minor complaint though, because we use these at a school with 3/32" E6011 and 3/32" E7018 Electrode we found that the rods will fall between the bottom tray and oven wall causing the rod holder to jam in the oven. But a Rod Oven that does everything well at 1/5th the cost of a "brand name" is still worth five stars in my book!! Only suggestion is to replace the knob with a "D" style metal handle. I'll be doing that later. Great product though!!

Works well enough except the rods can fall out of the tray easily and jam it. I dropped in a 4" square tube cut off in the base of the tray and that solved it though. The handle also isn't great, am going to make a replacement.

Only had it for about a week. So far it works great. Thermostat works great. Only gets a little warm on top. Seems to be well insulated. The light that shows when it’s heating is a nice touch. It’s been on with rods in it since the day I got it and haven’t had any problems. If it lasts, it is a fantastic value for the price. I don’t care where it’s made as long as it keeps my low hydrogen rods dry.

I got this to store 7018AC rods at home for my knock around projects. The unit came out the box in perfect condition and ready to use. The rod tray has some hooks on the center piece to allow you to hang it on the side of the interior of the oven when you’re filling it. The control has a nice tactile feel to it, but it could use mark outside of the dial to indicate what temperature you have it set too. My only [small] gripe is that the lid isn’t insulated so you lose a little efficiency there.

Keeps my electrodes dry in a damp shop

Good build quality. Good packaging kept it safe in transport. Not really much else to say. It heats just fine and has a fair amount of adjustment.

I bought this oven for storing aluminum stick electrodes and 7018, I'm more than pleased with the construction and quality, fully insulated 18ga metal sheeting and best of all temp control. I live in the cold temps can reach -30c and it keep up with the cold. Definitely will be buying a few more, also this holds up to 20lbs of rods which is awesome cause most portable rod ovens only hold 10 lbs.

Works better than a gullco in my opinion, no damm rods stuck on the side of the tray bottom. Variable temp heats up relativly quick. Lovin it so far!

Our son asked for this and has no problems with it. Hold a good amount of rods. He was a happy customer
