I would suggest to go down a size unless you have bigger arms. The arms are snug stretchy fabric but the body is kind of maternityish(see photos) it is nicely made and fabric nice (thin stretchy nice feel) but I didn’t care for how it cut up on the sides. I am 5’3 weigh 170 with smaller shoulders/bigger hips. I ordered my typical size- large but think the med might be better for me in the stomach area.Hope this helps

I purchased this shirt to go with loose fitting pants that I owned to wear for the local renaissance festival. I was looking for a loose fitting shirt with a lower neckline to wear with a bodice that I intended on getting at the festival. This shirt was perfect! I purchased a size small and it fit me really well. If you don't want it too loose, definitely size down and reference the size chart in the photos that the shop provides. They helped me. The best part of the shirt was the quality for the price. It was very soft and the button were sturdy. It's a lighter material and definitely kept me cool in the Florida heat. I would definitely recommend!

Nice material and a very flattering cut. I bought the short sleeve in dark brown. Its extremely comfortable and very flowy in the front. It's a great length to wear with Jean's or leggings. I might buy another with long sleeves.

Cute top to lounge around in on cooler nights. Material is very soft but I wouldn’t recommend this top in a light color because it’s thin. If you hold it up in the light you can see through it. I’m a 38C and the medium fits perfectly.

First of all, I hate clothes shopping like the plague. I'm always trying to find loose fitting shirts that cover my belly and butt and are long enough. They are so hard to find. The days of tight fitting clothes are over for me. This fits the bill. I'm 5'3" and 155 lbs. It totally hides my belly, so I can stop trying to suck it in, and it's long enough, hitting below my butt. I purchased this in large and medium and sent the large back. It was too flowy in front and did not flatter me at all. I washed it in cold water and hung to dry. Didn't want any shrinking. I have it in black and purple. The purple is lighter than pictured, so I was a bit disappointed, but it's still pretty. Ordering more colors. Love it.

This shirt is amazing! Perfect for post baby body, or anyone wanting to camouflage a little love handle/belly action. It’s got a really flattering neckline, then softly flows away from the sides. Nothing too flows, doesn’t look maternity at all. I am 5’2”, 160 and medium is perfect. I am muscular, with muscular arms, and the sleeves are great.However, all that said, my shirt came and I tried on quickly, hand washed and line dried, and wore the next day. Soon after putting it on I noticed a small fabric hole right on the boob. I emailed the company 4 days ago with no response. I have already worn and washed it, so I don’t feel right returning it through amazon, but the company did zero to help. So, if you do order this, inspect it before you settle on it.UPDATE: CS got back to me and resent a new top. I plan on ordering a couple more colors, since I love the fit so much.

This top is very pretty. The actual color was slightly lighter than the picture, but not enough of a difference to change my opinion. The fabric is soft, yet it feels very sturdy, I think it will last a good while. I washed it for the first time last night and the color didn't run, which is good because I didn't think about that before washing! The buttons seem stitched securely, and I found no problems with construction or fabric integrity. For size reference, I am 5'0", 38C bra, 40" hip, 36" waist. I could have easily fit into the medium, but the large is comfortably loose, not too loose, the way I typically like to wear my tunics. It covers enough that I felt comfortable wearing jeggings with it, but not regular leggings, about an inch below the crotch line and hip line. It pairs very well with dark colored jeggings and cowgirl boots. I love the detail at the top with the yoke sitting higher on the bust. It helps hide bulges lower down (*ahem* waistline) and still flows wonderfully. It helped keep me cool on a hot Southern day this weekend. I'll definitely be ordering other colors, and ordering the long sleeve.

Amazing customer service! Love this top. I’ve purchased 3-4 different colors. Quick refunds when the color wasn’t what was expected. The light brown was closer to a beige and the navy had a purple hue to it so it’s not a typical navy. The top is silky soft, light weight and comfortable. Now my sister has purchased 2 as well. Washes very nice, stays wrinkle free while wearing and the colors I’ve purchased are not see through
