Qwick Trim and 3 Blade Combo

Used this for comp style chicken thighs worked like a charm. So much easier then a knife. Cuts without causing damage

Most kitchen gadgets you regret buying. This is an exception for us. This is very nice and makes trimming the fat and silver skin from a variety of meats a breeze. It is easy to clean and came with extra blades. A little expensive for what it is but what isn’t these days.

Just pull the trimmer over the fat and it peels off in a strip. Easier to use than a boning knife. The silver skin is more difficult to remove as the meat warms up. You need to wipe the fat off the blade now and then to see the edge.This great when preparing meat for the smoker or barbecue.

Handy product. Works well and trimming meat is so much easier. I had a problem with delivery, thanks to the USPS but the vendor (not Amazon) was very accommodating and responded quickly. Highly recommend both the product and vendor.

It’s a neat tool, takes some getting used to. We still had to use the knife for a lot of it.

I was really disappointed by this device. I was looking forward to using this as I am not the best at trimming briskets. The device did not perform any easier than a sharp knife. Actually it is significantly easier to use a sharp knife than it is to use this device. As it stands if this device worked well for the thicker fats you would still need a sharp knife to cut out the silver skin, so my recommendation would be to stick with getting a pair of really good sharp knives.

This little gadget does the trick as long as the meat is cold it makes brisket trimming a breeze. Tried one and ordered 2 more we do alot of cook-offs and these help a lot
