Even if you take it directly out of the dryer, it still needs to be ironed, but it irons very easily, just a light touch up is needed. Once ironed, it remains crisp and wrinkle free and looks very professional. I've only had it for two weeks, so I'm not sure if it will yellow over time, but it is a very vibrant white. It has a good fit for women who have an average bust to waist to hip measurement. The only complaint I have is the button holes are so small it is difficult to push the small buttons through.
