I bought two of these twisters to add to my workout routine. I watched a Russian video on YouTube that proved interesting to maintain body motion and fitness. It is awkward to fit both feet on one disk - it is possible if your feet aren't clod hoppers. Two disks are useful to work ankles (I sprained mine in 2020) for rehab; leg workouts, and being able to twist for flexibility. The disks won't provide a high level of exertion, but there are exercises on YouTube that will help work your core muscles. I recommend two disks for a light workout - they are fairly quiet, the "nubbly" texture doesn't hurt your feet or toes, and they move well when you are twisting.

It's what I expected but it does squeak a lot with heavier people. I'm 210lbs which isn't all that heavy but it squeaks.I ignore that and just twist because otherwise it is nice. Slides very smooth, the feeling of the rollers underneath is a nice massage and did I mention the smooth rotation? Yes? Well I'll mention it a third time because that's how smooth it is.I do wish it was bigger, wish it didn't squeak and I hate the foot grip plastic which to me feels like nails. A nice rubber top would've been better.Still it's good and for that 4 stars.Price is just alright too, for the size I would think $10 cheaper wouldn't be unreasonable and charge this current amount for a larger size, like a 15 inch model with a rubber top. Heck I'd pay and extra $10 or even $15 more if it came with a more metal construction so it doesn't squeak.Just some ideas for you 😉

Works fine but tried it few times and I don't see the purpose of it. Not a big workout..

I like the idea of this and it is made well but I have yet to see any results even after consistent use.
