Great poe bullet camera that is easy to use and setup, using the supplied software I connected with the camera and set it's ip address to one that worked with my nvr ( you may not need to). There is a light on the cameras cable that tells you if it has power which really helps when setting up longer runs, it has a standard four hole mount that seems pretty sturdy and isn't very difficult to get properly adjusted. The image quality is fantastic and has a great coverage, I put this camera up over my rv pad leading to my detached garage and can it has great field of view and then you can zoom in to focus on where you want it to.

Initially worked good and viewable in BI, but after about 6mnths still viewable in browser console but not in Blue Iris.

I bought this camera to monitor my driveway. I'm using an FTP server to store video events from the camera and the internal motion detection to send emails. I am also streaming continuous to an NVR. The motion detection is highly configurable with object size, sensitivity, and masking. Setup was easy as the camera comes setup for DHCP and grabs an address on my network. There are also many advanced settings for frame rate, exposure, and color saturation.Another bonus is the live view works in Chrome. No plug-in is required to view the image. A plug-in is available but I did not need it. There are multiple network options to get your images where you want them.Compared to my other cameras this one performs well and does the job at a great price point. I read so many forums where people say to avoid the cheap Chinese cameras but let's be honest, they are all made in China now.

Update 12/23/2021:I have two of the zoom model and five of the non-zoom model. Just over a year one of the non-zoom models failed. I reached out to Anpviz and they would not repair or replace the camera. Now a few months later one of the zoom models has failed. I reached out again and received no response. Keep this in mind when buying these cameras. The specs are great but two out of seven failing so fast is not good.Original review:Only buy this camera if you really need the 4x zoom and are willing to sacrifice video quality. I expected this camera to have the same video quality as the cheaper non-zoom 4k model. I was wrong because the quality is much worse. I have two of these 4x zoom cameras and they both exhibit the same problem. I have five of the non-zoom model and the quality is perfect on all of them.This camera is also HUGE. It is over twice the size of the non-zoom model and maybe 3x the weight. It's really heavy.Customer support:Update 9/21/20 - I worked with customer support and they have sent me an additional camera to replace the one with the poor quality.Pros:- Easy setup, PoE- Web interface with a ton of options- Records video and motion events to a Anpviz or Hikvision NVR using the Hikvision protocol- Records full time or motion events to a micro sd card- Will work with any ONVIF mobile app or NVRCons:- Garbage picture quality when compared to the 4k non-zoom model or even my other lower resolution wifi cameras- Customer service has let me down on this one- Humongous compared to the non-zoom model and really heavy- Might be too complicated for a non-technical person with all of the configuration options- ZERO configurability from the mobile app- Uses a pretty limited in features Danale app- Danale app lets you view live feed and recorded videos, but comes with a TON of spam to pay them for cloud storage

This is not my first Anpviz camera but my first bullet camera from them. I had very good experience with their dome camera but I wanted something that I could keep mounted on a wall and protected from the elements since I live in a snowy area. The camera performs excellently and the field of view is very nice. Since this camera is very wide, the high resolution is great for IDing people from a greater distance. I am running this camera off of Zoneminder and I needed to find the RTSP address of the camera and their customer support is extremely fast and helpful at finding me the answer. For how much this camera costs, it is hard to find any camera that provides POE, nightvision, and a wide angle.

It's a good camera. I have 2 of them but the sound died in one. I don't need the audio in my setting but it'd be nice to have it working.

Customer support is the absolute worst. Outdated website written in half broken English that points to hikvision pages that are 404Received two different cams with the same issue -- can't login. Camera config tool (SADP) sees the camera but won't reinit the camera.There are tons of other companies like Amcrest / GW security. Avoid this brand unless you want headache.
