Good Size If You Aren't Cooking A Large Amount
I really like the size and shape of this ladle. It is not super large but I can cook up a stew or pasta sauce in a 5 quart skillet and successfully spoon out a decent "plate portion" in 3 ladles (scooping up 3 times to put a portion on the plate). We are a small family and this works for my kitchen needs.

Great Ladle
I make soup often all winter long and use a non stick pot/pan. I discovered the easy use of silicone utensils recently, and decided that a ladle would safeguard the surface of the pan. This one does the trick. Sturdy, easy to wash, a good size, and a great value. I'd buy it again and recommend it.
