Big but Brilliant!
I am delighted with this product. It holds a full 1KG bag of beans with some extra space. Its a bit bigger than I was expecting but it's definitely worth it

My 1kg of coffee keeps tasting good
I purchased the large one at the discounted price. It does what says and does it well, but they are expensive, even at the discounted price. That is my only caveat though.I use mine for 1kg of coffee beans and they really do stay nice and fresh. My espresso comes with a nice looking layer of crema after having used it for a couple of months, give or take, right until my coffee beans ran out.

Prefect for 1kg of fresh coffee
Great tub. It is a little large to go on the counter top but I keep it in the cupboard under the coffee machine so it's not an issue for me.Air seal works well and the tub easily holds 1kg of coffee (and if you buy fresh roasted coffee from your local speciality coffee shop it's much cheaper buying in higher volumes so this works well for that and is exactly why I bought it).Super easy to clean and overall very pleased with it. I want another one but smaller for my decaf now!If you want to store coffee you should seriously consider one of these.

Does the job well, but a bit pricey.
Expensive for what it is, just a well made, nicely coated aluminium can, with a rubber foot to stop it sliding. The internal lid slides down on a rubber gasket and a handle lets the air out as you push it down. Rotating the handle 90 degrees closes the seal and keeps air out. A top lid keeps dust out too, which also has a rubber seal.Does the job, but a bit pricey

Poor fit and finish. Doesn't create a air tight seal in all circumstances.
Paintwork and general finish very poor. You can see spotting in the paint where it has been poorly applied and some sharp bits on plastic fittings. Supplied in amazon box just with an open clear plastic bag. Thankfully it didn't look like it had been damaged by moving around in box so I guess it was adequate.Lid is not airtight in all circumstances. - only seals securely if handle laid flat in one particular direction. In other direction you can push lid down and pull up without using the handle so air clearly escaping from inner lid seal or handle.A lot of money for such poor quality item. Looks good from a distance, but close up, very poor.
