It's my pan's birthday, 3 months, so I thought I would finally write a review.Honestly, I jsut love it ! I took me 6 months to decide which pan I wanted. I was hesitated for the size, and went for the 28cm, and it's perfect for 2/3 people.I have to admit, after reading some of the reviews, I was terrified to cook an egg in it, as so many people had issues with eggs (why?!)I literally waited about four weeks before I even dared to try. I had visions of a sticky, scrambled mess ruining both my diner and my pan! But, when I finally took the plunge? Total non-stick magic! The egg slid around like it was on skates. So I can really say that nothing sticks to my pan!Ho, also, I can finally make "patates rôties" just like I remember them from my childhood—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and not one bit sticking to the pan, and I've been trying for like 20 years!Cleaning: I’m ridiculously careful... I never put it under water if it's still hot, I clean it with a non abrasive sponge and I always dry the pan right after washing it and store it with a protective towel. Yes, I’m that paranoid about scratches! Boyfriend is not allowed to touch it. He's got his own horrible pan !If there’s ever a scratch, I want to be 100% sure it’s my fault, not his. I know, I’m a bit obsessed, but hey, this pan is worth it.

Brilliant product! I was looking for a healthy, nonsticky and easy-to-clean frying pan. I found it and I'm satisfied.

Quality of the pan is absolutely perfect. You can fry egs without oil so best for health cooking. Even veg can be stirfry with a drop of oil.

This pan is quite expensive for a pan that goes rusty! It is therefore not value for money.The base produces rust when washed in the dishwasher, despite the fact that this is a dishwasher safe pan and, also, I use the shortest cycle for economy.The non-stick surface is ok because I never cook at extremely high temperatures anyway.Please note: All of my other pans have never gone rusty on the base, most of which are solid stainless steel and some of which are enamelled. This fact proves to me that the rust is due to the low quality of this pan.Before I ordered this pan, I almost bought an own brand from a well known high street store because I already have a large frying pan from their range and I was going to get the smaller size to match it. The other brand is a brilliant non stick and doesn’t rust anywhere either.I now wish that I had bought the other brand.I wouldn’t recommend this pan because of the cheap quality materials producing rust.

I usually hate non-stick cookware, but was convinced to try an affordable ceramic pan. I can say that the pan is very effective for its non-stick applications (I only use it for recipes where non-stick is appropriate). The base doesn’t scratch glass cooktops and it’s relatively lightweight, which my wife likes. I only use it up to medium heat (max setting 4 out of 6 on my cooktop) and I’ve never noticed heat damage.I’m not super impressed with durability. I’ve owned the pan 3 months, used it 12 to 15 times. I’ve only used wood or silicone cooking tools and I hand wash with a soft sponge and hand dry. But, despite how careful I am, it wasn’t as durable as I’d hoped.I’m my photos you can see that the rim easily takes dents. I don’t stack any other cookware on top of the pan. These were either due to setting it face down briefly on a drying rack or possibly from the metal handles of silicone tipped tongs/spatulas making minor contact or resting on the rim. In either case, we weren’t striking the rim, so it occurred from light contact. But, lightweight metal (I assume aluminium) isn’t as strong as steel —aluminium handles on silicone tipped tongs might have been what caused denting in the rim of my pan, so be careful not to rest any tools in the pan where a handle may rest on the rim.Somehow, we managed to find a tiny scratch (0.2 cm) on the cooking surface, this was not from metal tools being used, it may have happened when washing up if it make unintentional contact with something in the sink. It seems the ceramic coating is quite thin, so the crack broke through the ceramic without strong or repeated contact. That said, it’s stronger than the traditional Teflon non-stick pans and if the pan is as advertised, a small scratch shouldn’t pose a serious health risk.If you wanted to know exact dimensions, 30cm is the diameter of the rim at the top, the diameter at the inside bottom, flat cooking surface is approximately 22cm. The diameter of the outside bottom, where it touches the cooktop is also approximately 22cm — so assuming your heating element is at least 22cm, you will get even heat across the flat surface of the pan. The sides are sloped and I’d estimate the depth of the pan as approximately 4cm.I would buy it again, but would probably be even more careful with it. If you’ve a family and kids might use it, I would say you can expect scratches and dents.

Excellent especially when used with a lid cooks everything quickly and can be cleaned in the dishwasher.

Excellent pan. Good size, light, non-stick and most importantly a healthy choice. Hopefully won't find out later down the line that it's harmful in any way.

Super qualité, n'attache absolument pas et chauffe très vite et en plus se nettoie très facilement.Envoi très rapide, bref je recommande sans aucune hésitation

Superpan, maar na een paar keer gebruiken werkt de anti aanbaklaag niet meer goed, dus na een tijdje is het onmogelijk om nog een pannenkoek of wat dan ook in te bakken. Heb hem slechts eens per week gebruikt, altijd met plastic of houten spatel, met de hand afgewassen, ben heel voorzichtig geweest en volgde alle voorschriften, maar helaas niet meer bruikbaar na enkele maanden. Amazon heeft zonder veel vragen meteen geld terug gegeven na retoursturen, en nu ga ik weer op zoek naar een pan die het wel een tijdje volhoudt. Erg jammer want anders zou de pan echt perfect zijn
