This buyer can be described as a "crabby old guy" and such wouldn't be far from the mark. But he's also been known to give credit where due. An "Essentials" underwear deal lies at the heart of this review. To put it maildly, he's purchased a lot of underwear in his life because he is an old crabby guy and because his spouse knows this crabby old guy wishes to purchase his own underwear. Amazon's Essential underwear is quite possibly among the best deals in his life of buying underwear. First, it fits, snuggly so. It's cotton, so it "breaths," nicely. And it has yet to ride up that place that people generally hate to have things rub against or, actually, just sit where it's not wished. They wash in the cotton apparel cycle so one needn't separate it from most other clothes - at least with respect to my wardrobe needs. This wearer of Amazon Essential underwear believes the competition needs to be aware and step up to the bar. But for the foreseeable future, this is what the crabby old guy will be wearing.

It's not easy to find boxer briefs without a name written all over the elastic waistband. Hey, my name isn't Calvin, why would I want his name there? I ask you. These are comfy and have been holding up well so far and the band has a nice stripe on it. (no name) All in all a surpisingly wonderful purchase.

These have convinced me to not buy any more Amazon Essentials products (at least clothing). Inconsistent sizing within the pack; some colors have very tight, non-stretch leg openings, others don't. Buy something better.

I’m 64 260 44” waist I got the xxl I love the wide waistband they fit really good I have a belly and I stay up on my hips best buy for the money. I used to be a Hanes guy but then Wal-Mart change the material they were made of and it’s a poor product. I tried Costco but Amazons are the best

I was really looking forward to trying these boxer briefs. They're a good fit and I like the style. I would have rated them higher, but I had the elastic separate from the material on one pair. Not sure of the quality.

I bought this product and I'm using it for about one month. Terrible and unacceptable quality. I'm very disappointed with Amazon Essentials' selection for offering this product. One of them came already without quality checking, as we can see at the photo included in this review. Never again! From now on, I'll have always doubt about Amazon Essentials brand and its products.

Underwear fits well and feels nice. Only complaint is the elastic in the legs is not very stretchy and I have had to pull the legs and essentially break the stitching to improve comfort, which defeats the purpose of having elastic. I am wearing them but probably won’t buy again.

My husband decided to try these underwear...and he is impressed. He usually buys Hanes, Fruit of the Loom, etc. brand underwear, and he states that these underwear are much better. He likes that these underwear hold their shape throughout the day and do not stretch out and get saggy. They wash well and are well made. Since trying these underwear, my husband has tried several other Amazon Essentials products (e.g. t shirts, cargo shorts, and dress pants) and has liked them all!On a side note...he tried to reorder these and accidentally ordered the "trunk" shorts...which have a really short inseam! He likes them too, but beware when ordering that you are buying boxers and not trunks.

Ordered smaller size as sizes reported as coming up large. These items were small even for the size ordered. Not pleased but I've found a home for them with another member of the family.

Quite nice good quality pack of men’s boxers that I have bought before for my son however XL were sent instead of small. I should have sent them back but I gave them to a friend instead who really liked them as they are slightly longer on the legs.

Very very small. Ordered 35-37L and my tall thin 36W recipient could only just get them on. Unusable.

Ordered my pants and first thing I noticed were they seemed good quality, but couldn't get them on, too small, been waiting for these for a week. cant wear them. £18 in the bin
