Solid hutch
Smells like cedar, which is great for deodorizing against the rabbit urine. Easy to assemble. I preferred to use the wire racks floor pieces versus the cedar wood-slat floor plates; you can choose based on your preferences. I mostly chose the wire to minimize the amount of urine absorbed into the cage or wood. Bunny doesn't mind the wire, but smaller rabbits may get their feet stuck. The pullout trays are relatively convenient, though they don't pull out so easily. Two drawbacks for this design: The lid is very heavy (although that's a good thing too, to keep bunny from popping tops), and normally stays open. . . but it has also dropped on my head before (REALLY hurt and left a goose egg). I've also had my arm through the top when the lid dropped (again, VERY painful). The best advice is to certainly be watchful of the bunny when you're cleaning 'cause I'm sure the lid could easily decapitate your furry friend. The other drawback is the slide trays don't seal what comes from above (urine). I've had several cases where the rabbit has urinated in a corner and the urine runs down the back legs of the hutch. For that, I don't recommend this for indoor use unless you have it on an easy to clean floor. Sure, I know it's an outdoor hutch, but it can serve both purposes (or so I thought).

Hazel's home
Our bunny, Hazel loves her new home. The only thing is the trays are difficult to remove and replace for cleaning. But we love everything else. It was easy to assemble and looks great, she loves going into her private area. We like the wooden slats for a floor which are better for her feet.

Came broken
It came in late and broken. The wood is very cheap and is poorly made. I would not recommend. Both sides are broken, the front and back panels are broken, the bottom plastic tray is broken along with the frame that its in. 3 of the 4 plastic feet for the legs are broken. This hutch is complete garbage.

This is a nice hutch for my small Polish rabbit
This is a nice hutch for my small Polish rabbit, but it needs a few upgrades to make it a 5* product. It was easy to put together with easy to follow instructions. The wood is sturdy, but thin. It is quite soft, so if you have a bunny that likes to chew as much as I found out mine does, then stick to a completely wire cage. I wish these makers would line the interior with metal, plastic, or wire (or at least sell them as an add-on option) so that a bunny cannot chew the edges up. I provided plenty of chew toys and even sprayed the cage with a bittering pet spray before putting my bunny inside, but it did not help. The lock on the wire door is OK, but I use a double end snap to secure it just in case. We made a ramp that comes from the side door for nice days where the bunny can go down and into her run. I wrapped some 1x1x24 cage wire around the side and rear legs (you can get this at Lowes) and zip tied it on. The front is a dog playpen with a door zip tied to the legs to fasten it. I keep a tarp over mine to help extend the life and bring the overhang out just a bit more than it is.

Pretty good product for the price - easy assembly
I ordered 4 of these and of the three that have arrived so far, one was broken during shipping (poorly protected in the original packaging). Of the two that are undamaged, I can say that they are easy to assemble and look great. The wire enclosure and flooring pieces are epoxy coated and very sturdy. I am a bit concerned about the rabbits chewing the inside wood that is exposed and wondering how the light weight wood will hold up in the weather. Otherwise, for the price, ease of assembly, super fast, free super saver shipping, I feel like I got my money's worth. And Amazon has ordered a return shipping pick up at my home with UPS so returning the broken one is easy and convenient.

Convenient, large enough ...
Bought this almost an year ago and we transported to a couple of different places (fits only in a van). Long legs are very comfortable for cleaning and maintaining the cage. Right sized for a mid-sized bunny. We do use a secondary lock for safety. overall is a well designed cage, except that it did not install properly (problem with couple of screws and slightly broken side). One complaint is that it is a bit difficult to remove the bottom tray if there is grass in the tray as the grass tends to fall on the ground while removing the tray. Other than that we are very pleased with this and will buy again if needed.

Meh.
The bottom of one leg was damaged in shipment. The whole thing is not quite square - the drawer guides on one side are slightly higher than the other side (I built a deck, I can put together a flatpack rabbit shack). I wouldn't buy again. On the positive side, there are clever touches that make it extremely easy to assemble. It will hold rabbits, which is what it says it does, so I gave it three stars. I doubt it will be the permanent home.

I believe this product could be a good purchase for the price
I believe this product could be a good purchase for the price. I received this and half of the components were broken. The plastic pan that goes under the floor was cracked (which has since leaked urine on my floor). The wooden slot bottom was cracked. The protective covers on the feet were broken. It is totally out of square so the pans do not fit in the bottom correctly. I have no choice but to keep this item... it is not worth the $150 to take it apart to return not to mention the hour of my life putting it together that I am not going to get back.
