Great product for taking ashwagandha! I was taking the tincture, but it’s pretty spicy. This is a great solution to avoid that. Also no aftertaste or indigestion from it. I’m also feeling much calmer and clear headed. I forgot how wonderful this pepper was! Highly recommend.

I took this pills and in a few hours my whole body started to itch . And I have big rash all over my body. Please read carefully the side effect and other people effect to this medication before taking it. Read many other reviews having the same reaction on ashwGahdha. Not saying is the brand it is this plant.

So far I like this product. I like these capsules more than other vitamins where they crush them into a form. The taste is unpleasant and sometimes hard for me to get down.They are large, but I mean, what are you going to do about that? I have mentally been in a pretty good state of mind considering that our lives have been put on hold due to covid. In my personal relationships I find that I'm much more relaxed and able to let things go. My *head space* is better. So that's good. I don't have any negative things to report about so I definitely give the green light on these if someone were to ask. Actually I already told my best friend.

I got this for my husband, and he has tried other brands and didn't notice a difference. This brand he has noticed slightly better sleep quality, he noticed being less stressed out about things he is normally stressed about, and I have noticed he has have had an increase in sex drive and duration of erection.

I bought this to help with chronic insomnia and to lower cortisol. It is working because I can now fall asleep and get 8 or 9 hours every night. Even when I feel revved up and think I will never sleep I always do. I only take one capsule a day, although they recommend two. It took a few weeks to really kick in, but I read Ashwagandha takes that long, so I gave it a chance, and I am glad I did. Also, I used to never want to get up in the morning, whether or not I slept. Since taking this I wake up at a normal time with lots more energy. I take one every night around 8 o'clock, as was recommended by a doctor online.

Postpartum I feel like I’m dying. Stress has me not sleeping, not sleeping has me stressed. I find myself snapping at people. I’m very much hoping this can give me a start to fixing it. Will update the review at a later date.

Long story short: I took a chance on these pills as I've never heard of the brand before (my current usual brand was unavailable), and I'm glad I did! I definitely feel a difference when taking this Ashwagandha supplement. Decent size pills, good quality ingredients, and no side effects.

I definitely feel a difference taking these to battle my GAD.It's not a cure all, by any means, but combined with other tools to combat anxiety it helps.Could it be placebo effect? Perhaps, but the outcome is welcome.
