I always keep at least one of these little toothed drain cleaners on hand for the shower and the bathroom sink. They're a godsend for when hair clogs the drain, which is a fact of life for everyone I know.When dipping these into the drain area, go slowly and incrementally. If you push it all the way in at first try, it may snap off in the drain, and THAT will need a plumber. Instead, ease it in a little way, wiggle it a bit, and pull it back out. If there's a hair clog it will come out with a small hairball. Keep doing that, a little deeper at a time, until you're pulling little to no hair out any more and the drain is moving.
