5’9 195lb what size should I buy? I prefer fitted with some movement

My Grandson is 6’3”.& same weight as Yourself. I ordered him a 2x ( XX) Which would be comfortable enough for movement. It fits him well & He’s happy.

These sweatshirts run a little small. I’m 5’9” 230 ish a large is kind of tight but an XL was too big. I would think a large would do with some extra room to move. But medium might be the right fit if you don’t want too much extra material.
