Perfect color for me.
My sister had given me one for a gift but it was too dark. I ordered the Fair and it was just right. Nice texture and coverage for an excellent price.

Great but one minor issu
The powder dispenser is not adequate. It doesn’t allow powder to shake through very well it’s not at all. I removed the plastic cover powder dispenser and now have access to just the powder. However the screw off lid is a little bit too loose and if you turn the powder holder on its side or upside down powder gets into the outer portions of the screwtop lid and then fall out when you open it

Darker than expected and shimmery
Good coverage and you get a lot for the price!I have bought bare minerals for over 15 years and thought I’d try an off brand to save some money...I listened to other reviews and bought the same shade I buy from bare minerals (medium beige matte) and I decided to try the medium tan for summer when I’m a little more tan.The lure minerals medium beige is darker than my bare minerals medium beige (see pics). Also, I bought the matte foundation...and there’s shimmers in it (see pics)...not a fan of that (especially since it’s a matte foundation) so that’s why I’m at 4 stars.Overall it’s a good loose powder makeup (if you don’t mind shimmer) but disappointed i followed other advice from reviewers...I’m going to contact the company and ask if all shades have the shimmery agent and ask if they’ll refund me for that medium tan (since the medium beige is dark enough for a “tan” makeup for me and again, the shimmers 😣)

Too go a shade darker the next time
It's ok but a little too light was able to mix it so it worked out nicely

Great replacement for expensive department store brands of mineral makeup
After deciding that Sephora and the cosmetics industry had taken enough of my money for the first half of my adult life, yet still needing to look polished and professional for work, I decided to give this powder a try. For 1/3 the price of my department-store brand mineral/clay-based powder, this one more than surpassed my expectations. The coverage is definitely lighter than my old brand, but I find that for me, that isn't necessarily a bad thing. I have combination/oily skin, and I find I no longer have that caked-on feeling at the end of the day, compared to my old brand.I am Chinese, and typically buy medium-tan, yellow undertone, sandy shades. In this product, I purchased the Golden Medium. At first, it looks lighter in the jar compared to my previous brand, but the color suits me well, even in summer when my skin is a little darker. I am very pleased with this product, and just came back for a second jar.

Aging Appearance and Eye Irritant
I've tried this for over a month to be sure of what I think of it and am going to discontinue using it and go back to what I used before. It feels and looks course, for lack of a better descriptive word, instead of blending for a natural look, it sits on the surface of my skin making it look dry, accentuating fine lines and aging the appearance of my skin. It burns as the dust gets into my eyes and even with rinsing my eyes after use it takes a few hours for my eyes to fully feel normal again. This is really disappointing.

True matte, great price and color for olive toned skin.
Used Everyday minerals forever but they changed their matte finish (it's now shimmery) and stopped making med olive, so I needed something new. I Love Jane Iredale's "Golden Glow" powder but it was so pricey and the coverage was a bit light. I tried Bare minerals in "Golden Medium" matte and loved it but like so many others it caused some serious cystic acne and just could not use it. I tried twice and then found this beauty. It is a bit yellow for my med olive skin but I use a dash Jane Iredale's shade" Latte" with it and it works great. It's got nice build able coverage and it's a true matte finish. I have mature skin and this works great with a light primer to conceal my large pores.

Better than BareMinerals
I have spent the money on "name brand" loose powder and this stuff is even better for a lot less!So impressed!
