Great feel, customizabiloty, software, size, buttons and placement. Plastic on the white ver is a little slippery if you are prone to sweaty hands. Nothing a little hockey tape can’t fix.Easily the best “claw” mouse on the market IMO

This is my first gaming mouse so I’m a little Biased but it works well for me. I like the look and feel of it a lot, it’s very smooth and glides nicely. Also the addition of the Palm adjustments and weights works out well for me.

Update: Failed after 2 years, right after warranty expiration. The wheel started randomizing, and now the clicks are randomizing.It's such a shame, because it was an expensive investment, and still the most stylish mouse out there, in my opinion.Initial Review:Cougar does it again with their style! The most beautiful mouse out there. Very Synthwave.It's also buttery smooth. Love the secondary left button, very useful for 3d creation software (for precise rotation etc). It currently works best setup as the back action, and many apps support that further customizable.Here are some suggestions. Update the drivers/UIX a bit more often than 2017. The driver installer did not detect the mouse, until going into windows 10 device manager and deleting other older mice in the system. This could really confuse people.The mouse could be even more useful for 3d, video, music apps, if the extra buttons could be configured with a modifier like Alt, Ctrl, Shift. The macros could do it, if they had a special delay event (even 0), that waited for the trigger button release.The packaging is art in itself, but such a waste if it is not a gift. You could save some costs there, so people can afford your awesome products and style more.Keep up the great work!

Great mouse. Smooth tracking. Palm adjustment is nice. Only complaint would be the surfaces are a bit smooth/slippery. I use talon grips to help.

I originally had the non-Evo variant, but it started triple clicking. Unfortunately, it was out of stock, so I had to go with this White Evo Variant. Feels the same except it creaks on the back-end if you extend it out at all. Sounds cheaply made or maybe I just got a bad one. Wish i could buy the all black one again instead :(

Great addition to my gaming pc

I've seen recent updates that this co will not even answer CS calls or emails. My issue seemed very minor and was quick do disregard this. Sadly I quickly came to realization that it was a bad sign.The software no longer works, at least for me, and i could find no support to fix the issue. I attempted to troubleshoot and look anywhere and everywhere I could to fix this issue and nowhere, or anywhere. Only reviews on this mouse or this companies software are very low and near non-existant on any media or google-fu you can do. Their direct link to the software to customize the mouse is unclickable, and if you manually type it into URL it tells you it doesn't exist. It appears to me this company has abandoned all of it's customer service they do not exist any longer. All of their contact us stuff is fluff and spammed by just one individual (thus far) who has had no contact from their CS about warranty. His ability to spam their entire Facebook and untouched is a bad sign that they have uprooted and disappeared. Shame on you Amazon for continuing to sell this item. I blame Amazon for allowing bs companies to burn customers.While I do have large hands, i do barely palm a basketball. It's small. But not overly. The feel of the mouse was 'fine' with some adjustment and just getting used to a new mouse. The features are great, the lockdown feature I loved. I just couldn't get the DPI up. It's pre-settings are limited and to customize further you need the software and I could not download the software and no help from their non existent disappeared CS. This company is gone. No support, no updates, no compatible firmware. This is the beginning imo. If you have any of their stuff or plan to buy any you'll eventually be left in the dark. Get what you pay for (not cheap) and have no one but Amazon itself to return. So if it lasts just long enough, expect nothing from the manufacturer. GTH Amazon. GTH "Cougar" stupid name anyway. This mouse is amazing this is the second Purchase of this gaming mouse this newer version is great they tweaked it so now it does not double click anymore overall best gaming mouse ever!!
