These are a huge hit with the GSD in the family and clearly a high quality treat -- before the bag was done, her fur got visibly shinier. Impressive. However the recommended self-preservation strategy for any humans involved is temporary mouth-breathing. One guess on what a bunch of salmon skins in a plastic bag smell like. Probably the same reason they're a win with the dog, and on the upside, the dog won't let them last long, so you'll be able to breath normally again soon.

Our dog Xena give two paws up! We are selective with the type of treats we give her. We worked in the holistic dog products for over 12 years. I love the omegas 3s in a salmon skin treat and I was surprised pleasantly surprised by the amount of skins for the price. I recommend you give grizzly all natural salmon skins a try. Again great value! Woof!

I think these are new... at least I have never seen them before. My dogs have gone insane for them. They are like crispy potato chips, but healthy and yet, still delicious. Some of the skins even have meat on them still. These will definitely be added to our routine!

These may work for dogs but I bought them for my cats since they were listed as for dogs and cats. They are very hard and sharp pieces with a lot of oil. Way too hard and sharp for me to give them to my cats without breaking them up by hand which is difficult to do. Even then I was worried about them safely eating these without cutting up their mouth or even their digestive track - they can be very hard and sharp! My cats did eat the pieces that were smaller and weren’t as hard but overall I didn’t find this to be a useful treat for my kitties. I’m sticking with dehydrated salmon chunks instead of skins which can be lighter and easier for kitties to eat.

they didn't go after it as I expected. About half were mildly interested in it and perhaps only 2 out of 6 actually ate the treat. In comparison, it may be that they are just more accustomed to crunchy baked treats vice natural treats. I think it's a better option for them and I'll keep trying to invoke their interest for the skins.

OMG, these salmon chips smell so bad. It's like a bag of dead things sprayed with skunk and basted in fish rot. My dogs absolutely love them. While I'm gagging when I open the bag, the dogs are knocking each other over and pushing each other aside to be the first to get one of these treats. It's dog crack, really stinky dog crack. My dogs highly recommend them. LOL

My dog loves these, they are very thin and crispy so if you break off a piece it’s like breaking off a potato chip where it kind of crumbles. But if my dog likes them it’s a win!
