SPEECHLESS is a family comedy centering on Maya DiMeo (Minnie Driver, TV's About a Boy), a mom on a mission who will do anything for her husband Jimmy (John Ross Bowie, TV's The Big Bang Theory) and kids Ray (Mason Cook, Mockingbird Lane), Dylan (Kyla Kenedy, TV's The Walking Dead) and JJ (Micah Fowler, Labor Day), her eldest son with cerebral palsy. As Maya fights injustices both real and imagined, the family works to make a new home for themselves and searches for just the right person to help give JJ his "voice."

Minnie Driver is the ultimate special needs kid's Mom . A very British Mom of a family in-the USA..The three kids do an amazing acting job. Very entertaining ! An eye opener!

Love this show, glad to get it on DVD. I was worried it was never going to be put out on dvd.

extremely dissapointed
we just received this and we checked before ordering and it said it plays in all regions (U.S.), my son put it in to play and disc one nothing, disc 2 nothing! disc 3 seems to be able to play though looks blippy. we do not want to start a show 3/4 through 1st season. I don't know what the screw-up is but someone better answer my questions and give us a refund/replacement. my son is highly upset as he waited a week to get it and was really looking forward to watching it and has now had a great disappointment.

This was watched maybe 5 times. The first disk cracked down the middle and is now a useless set of nearly $30.
