FINALLY! Finally, a truly wide gate that is TALL enough for large breed dogs and designed to be difficult to climb. What's even better, it's super easy to install. My Golden Retriever, however, figured out how to pull it out of the drywall, which astonished me, so definitely be sure to secure it into wood doorframe if you have a clever dog! I highly recommend this gate! If you have big dogs, dude, seriously, you would understand my enthusiasm.

It does not open to the 87.8 inches wide; misleading dimensions
I needed a gate to cover the entrance to my front porch (83 inches) This must be set up with the angles, it cannot be used linear. I felt the description was misleading

Worked perfect for 86 in opening. Wish the mounting hardware was something other than plastic but so far so good. You can't find tall gates this size anywhere so 2 thumbs up!

Has plastic pieces. Thought was going to be all metal. Otherwise it is good so far.

Terrible
Don't waste your time and money. The box was literally falling apart when we received it and had to be taped back together for the return. Frame and several of the poles were warped. And it was completely missing the hanging kit.

Works better than imagined.
We bought this for our camper. We have 3 large dogs and when it comes to entering or exiting the camper it is exhausting trying to keep dogs from getting out (they just love being outdoors). Not to mention when taking 1 at a time to the bathroom the other 2 don't understand and want to go also. This product has been life altering in this aspect. We can navigate 1 animal at a time into the 'buffer area' and makes managing the door to go in/out much much easier. Added benefit is it keeps the dogs from getting to the screen door and damaging the screen. Highly recommend this for camper owners that have dogs to manage! Also quality of this thing is great. Heavy gauge metal not flimsy at all. Worth the money as you are getting solid materials. We don't even mount ours to thr wall. We leave it free standing
