This is a sturdy and well built product that will effectively excercise your upper body and help build strength. Came well packaged and delivered promptly. Assembly might appear a bit daunting, but I managed to do this by myself. The many nuts, bolts and washers (of various sizes and numbers) came clearly packaged to help assembly. However, I would definitely recommend taht two people build it. It is difficult to picture the size until it is fully assembled, so make sure you have sufficient space in terms of footprint and height. Overall, very pleased with it. It is a valuable addition to any home gym.
