This coffee is awesome

I get a bag about every 3 weeks or so. 3 weeks of coffee for 21-22 bucks is fair deal to me. The aroma is intense. Dark chocolate floods you. But its very pleasant. Flavors are bold. So you can go easy on grains and extend the bags life. But really enjoyable. It will be a staple in my house for the foreseeable future.

I bought thos for my veteran boyfriend as a surprise. He loved it! Will be ordering more!

I've had all of the different coffee blends from Black Rifle Coffee and liked a couple of them(AK47 the most) quite a bit but most were average so was hopeful Alpha Coffee would offer even better options. I hate that my first one out of the gate is very average, and likely below average but want to try another cup to know for sure. I used my normal inverted aeropress method, 30 grams of beans ground medium/fine, 150 grams of water for a minute, press and add another 110 grams. This has been a reliable method for me across so many coffee but this one came up very bland in flavor. I really wanted to love this and try some of the other flavors but I'm a bit hesitant now especially when there are so many other great coffee brands out there but I wanted to find a veteran owned company I loved.

The grounds could be finer but the quality is good if you use the correct amount of water.

This is a very high quality coffee even though I prefer the morning shift (idk it's yellow)

It has a light taste and will order more bold roast next time.
