The Planetary Airscape: The Perfect Companion for Espresso Enthusiasts
Look wise, this canister is a true winner. With the wide array of color choices available, it's easy to find an option that seamlessly complements the décor of your kitchen. I personally opted for the sleek matte black finish, and it blends in beautifully with my other stainless steel appliances. But beyond just the visual appeal, the Airscape's design allows you to express your personal style and flair. However, the true value of this canister lies in its practicality. The airtight, vacuum-sealing lid effectively locks out oxygen, ensuring that my coffee beans stay fresh for as long as possible. I've been using this canister daily for over a year, and the beans I store in it always maintain their robust flavor and aroma, even towards the end of the bag.The functionality of the Airscape is also top-notch. The lid operates smoothly, and the accompanying scoop (purchased separately) makes it easy to portion out just the right amount of beans for each use. These small details truly elevate the overall user experience and make this canister a joy to incorporate into my espresso routine.Perhaps most impressive, however, is the Airscape's durability. Despite my consistent daily use over the past year, I have not encountered any issues with wear or degradation. The canister remains in pristine condition, further affirming that this was a worthwhile $35 investment for my espresso station. Do yourself a favor and add the Airscape to your cart.

Looks nice and works perfectly!
I love the Airscape container—I use it to store coffee beans. It looks great on my countertop and it works just as described. There is an inner lid that you place and then push down on (it also has a handle for ease of use) to expel all the air through a small vent. I got the set that includes a stainless steel scoop which is perfect to use with coffee beans. Both the container and scoop are high quality, so it’s well worth the price. I have the medium size for coffee beans and like it so much, I ordered the large size to store dry dog food. I highly recommend, as airtight containers really don’t get any better than this in terms of getting all the air out to preserve freshness. It’s also well designed and looks sleek and modern.

Keeps My Coffee Fresh for Days!
I've been using the Planetary Airscape Coffee Canister for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed. I love how it effectively pushes out all the air and locks in the freshness of my coffee beans. The design is sleek and modern, and it fits perfectly on my kitchen counter. The capacity is great too—I can store enough beans for at least two weeks without worrying about them losing flavor. One of my favorite features is the inner lid that presses down to eliminate air, preventing oxidation. This is a game-changer for anyone who loves fresh-tasting coffee. I've noticed a significant difference in the taste of my brews—way more aromatic and flavorful compared to before. The build quality feels sturdy and durable, and the lid seals tightly without being hard to open. It’s also easy to clean, which is a big plus.Overall, if you're serious about your coffee and want to keep it fresh, this canister is well worth the investment!

One of the best items I’ve purchased in a long time.
I think I may have rated this before, but it’s worth singing the praises of this clever this storage canister. Quick and easy to use and it certainly locks out the air that kills coffee bean flavor. It’s light weight and attractive looking at a very reasonable price. I will purchase a few more of these and give them as gifts for my coffee loving friends. Very impressed.

They keep food fresh by locking out the air
These canisters are excellent quality and very durable. I’ve been using some for years. They’re easy to open as long as you put the handle straight up. They have a variety of storage sizes you choose. They keep food very fresh because they lock out the air. We use them at our house for coffee, cookies, and cat treats. They’re fairly lightweight and they’re good value for the money because they last for ever.

Sleek, easy to use and a bit quirky ...
I bought the smaller one in a simple stainless finish to sit out on the counter and hold freshly ground coffee. I also bought two bigger ones in yellow to hold a pound each of whole beans because I always buy two pound bags. They work very well as long as you don't fill them too full. I attached pictures. If you stay at 3/4 full the interior lids work very well and the top cover stays fitted. If you go above 3/4 the top outer lid doesn't want to stay tightly in place, and if you also have their stainless scoop, you can't place the top lid on because it makes the lid pop from the way the scoop goes on top of the interior lid. They seem durable but I've only had them a few weeks so time will tell. The bigger ones hold one pound of beans each. The smaller one works well for my fresh ground coffee. It holds about four days worth. I find if you lightly tap the canister on the counter as you are removing the inner seal any ground coffee that is clinging to it will drop back into the canister so it doesn't make a mess on the counter. If you don't tap it the coffee does tend to cling to the inner lid and it can be a bit messy.I personally feel they are a pricey, but I do really like them and since I had a gift card to use this was a nice gift to myself. They are lightweight and easy to handle, but they are a bit on the slippery side so just keep that in mind when lifting them. I also love the scoop. It was a separate purchase. It's a nice weight and works quite well.I rated four starts overall because when the canisters are full the outer lids tend to pop up in some spots and I find I have to twist them a few times to get a tight fit. Once I remove some of the contents and the inner lid isn't so close to the top, the lid popping issue goes away until the next time I fill them.

Excellent for coffee beans.
I use one of these to hold unground coffee beans instead of those flimsy plastic bags that never seem to fold back up quite right. Well made, looks good. Seems to keep them noticeably fresher than those bags do. Will purchase another for grounds (to avoid waking neighbors at 6am).
