Good Quality Resistance Bands — Durable, But Material Bands Are Better
A good set of resistance bands with decent durability, and far more robust than some reviewers suggest. That said, I’ve since switched to material resistance bands, which I think are worth the extra investment.

The black isn’t terribly resilient
Great exercise options with these bands, unfortunately the black band didn’t last very long before snapping. I’ve bought these twice now, and on both occasions the black band snapped after only a dozen or so exercise sessions.

Defo worth the money!
This is great and highly durable. I bought my second set as the first one was getting old ( and some ripped). But the old ones lasted 3+ years at least, so defo worth the money!

Juego de bandas de resistencia que empecé a utilizar para ejercicios de rehabilitación porque me operaron de la rodilla. La verdad es que son de alta calidad y cumplen su cometido. Se nota la diferencia de resistencia entre las diferentes bandas de colores. Cada color representa un nivel de resistencia desde suave a muy duro. Totalmente recomendado.
