Works very well, and mounts easily. I was concerned that being a metal (aluminum) mount would adversely affect the signal strength received from my wireless router three rooms away. However, there was no reason to worry. According to an indication on one of the System pages I am getting a full 5 bar signal strength. With my previous Apple TV (3rd Edition) I was not always getting a strong enough signal for some streaming video services. I mounted the Apple TV 3 on the wall higher than the TV, which is wall mounted, to get a better signal. The Apple TV 4, with 802.11ac receives a great signal on the 5GHz band with absolutely no interference from the aluminum wall mount.I am very glad I bought this mount.

I've used multiple (6) HiDEit Mounts to organize the technology in my house. It's allowed me to mount all my hardware behind the wall in a stairwell with plenty of room to use the stairwell and not damage the equipment. They are priced adequately with the quality of product you receive. No plastic junk like most of the mounts. The construction is metal and solid, nuts and bolts won't strip and will last the duration of the product you mount with it. You can also see in the picture that they mount as flush as physically possible to the wall. Great product.

I bought 3 HideIt mounts, one for the PS4, one for the Xbox One S, and one for the 4th Gen Apple TV. All three were packaged well, included the screws and anchors needed, and were simple to install.The Apple TV mount was the easiest of the three to install. I had it up in less than 5 minutes! I love the HideIt mounts and show them off to everyone I can! I will be purchasing more for my other electronics! Great way to save space!

It does exactly what I purchased it for and that's to hide/hold the Apple TV behind the wall-mounted TV. Straight forward mounting procedure.

There’s really not a lot to be said about what amounts to a bent piece of steel. It seems to be well made, perfectly sized, came with all the right parts and holds securely. Seems overpriced for what it is, but the free market dictates.

The mount is made out of metal, well made. The problem I have is the only two screw holes are set on a diagonal. I needed to mount it on the back of a cabinet and needed horizontally aligned holes. Now, its mounted on an angle, which is not all that bad, actually.

This mount is exactly as advertised. It is minimal and hold the ATV securely. Unfortunately, because of the design of the ATV, I chose to mount mine in the inverse of the photo in the description. I prefer cable to go down instead of up then down. I have bought additional mounts from these guys and have been very happy with them.

The mounts are awesome and work great for mounting Apple TVs.I am only not giving 5 stars as the item is listed as Amazon Prime, however I had to wait more than 2 weeks to get my first delivery.

I didn’t have any shelves or counters under my TV’s. I needed a basic wall mount bracket that held the Apple TV and didn’t limit its use. This product is sturdy, easy to mount with the equipment they provide and does exactly what it is suppose to do!

Works just as advertised - what more could you want?

Item is solid but the price is too high. Nothing special about the unit compare to other products in the market, except maybe that this is made in USA.
