Hotel Front Office Management, 5th Edition

This book was for my son's class. He used it frequently. It is in new condition as promised

I am a manager at a Days Inn with no schooling for management. This book really helping me with little things I took for granted but implemented.I would reccomend this to people who have not got Hotel Management training or schooling.Thanks a lot.

The hotel industry is changing with technology and this has old ideologies. My professor is old school and made us get this one. Also the hotel companies are inaccurate because hotel companies have bought out other hotel companies since the release of this book. I.e. it still has Starwood listed as a hotel company and Marriott bought Starwood years ago.

I got this book on time, and it was delivered in great condition. It is a textbook for the class I am taking at St. Pete College. So far, so good.DL

Found this textbook to be written like most out there, way to long with confusing wording. The author draws things out that do not need to be. The book is not very concise. I would recommend teachers to find a different textbook to use in class. I would not recommend this book to those looking to learn about Hotel management on their own either.

My daughter like it

The book was a lot cheaper than buying it at my school's bookstore... It was personally delivered in front of my doorstep, few days after I have ordered it. This definitely benefitted me as i needed it immediately for school. It came in great condition which I also really love. :)
