I loved everything about this chair at first. It was sturdy, comfortable and stylish. Only bad thing is I did receive it with a 1/2 tear on the bottom and after having it for 10 days I heard a crack and little parts fell out from the bottom. UPDATE: Around one day after I wrote this review I got a message from customer service apologizing and offered to send me the part that broke. Even tho I had an issue they were very willing to fix the problem which I appreciate so much because not everyone does that. Thank you guys for the amazing customer service!

The chair is big in size and clunky. It is hard to move around the wheels seem to get stuck. The seat is not comfortable at all it is superhard and I cannot sit in it for more than 30 mins because it causes discomfort. I'm really disappointed because it seemed like a good chair but I've had it less than a year and it is already wobbly.

I wanted a pink chair and decided to purchase this chair for it's weight capicity, seat width, and aesthetic. For the price, it's decent but the tilt function doesn't work so I will be reaching out to the company.Pros:- Easy to assemble- Seems very sturdy (so far)- Wide bucket seat (I am a big girl)- Good for people over 300lbs- Decent cushion- Recline option is great- Material is easy to cleanCons:- Tilt function doesn't work- Sewing quality is inconsistent and not symmetrical- Was received with some damages- The arm rests go up and down-- I prefer arm rests that raise and lower from the back of the chair. If that makes any sense.

Assembly: This was my first time assembling a gaming chair and it was fairly easy for me. It took around 45min-1 hr with help but it is actually very sturdy comfortable to sit on.Features: The massage feature is nice but I don’t use it often. It can bend very far back and you can adjust the height which is good if you plan on using it for long periods of time.Overall, for the is rather pricey which is my only concern especially if you’re on a budget.

So, I feel compelled to give a very honest review of my experience with this chair.PROS:- Chair is very aesthetically pleasing. The pink is a nice light coral accented with white faux leather- The chair itself looks and feels expensive, does not look or feel cheaply made- The neck and lumbar support pillows are great additions- The chair rotates, rolls, and spins very smoothly- Nice wide seats. I'm a big girl with wide hips and was worried about the bucket seat, but it fits me comfortablyCONS:- The chair tilts forward. I adjusted the tilt knob under the seat and it helped a lot, but still has a slight tilt that makes me feel like I'm balancing to stay in. I believe my chair is defective.- I could not get the seat to lean back. After taking the chair apart twice, I finally figured out that to move back, you must push it forward and then back to recline.- The chair did not come with any sort of directions which left me very confused and frustrated. It was not difficult to put together but directions would have helped me tremendously when figuring out how to make adjustments to the seat and tilt functions.OVERALL:I'm NOT happy with my chair. It's very uncomfortable to use, especially for office work or gaming.

UPDATE: Bowthy reached out to me after writing this review and offered a partial refund. I appreciate their customer support, but they weren’t able to replace the broken parts that I had, despite there being a “12 month warranty.”I received this product in September 2020, but wanted to wait a few months to test it out before reviewing it. All images are from when I first unboxed it while I was putting it together. Here are some pros and cons I’ve found after using it for 6 months:PROS-12 month warranty-Assembly was pretty simple (see picture) and the parts were all separated and labeled to make it easier.-Super cute and looks just as pictured-Decent lumbar pillow-Rolls well even on carpet-Easily adjust height of both the chair AND the arms of the chair-Can recline all the wayCONS-Came with multiple cracked plastic parts (see pictures)-The main leather body of the chair did not have holes drilled into the side where I needed to put screws in to attach it to the seat, so I had to poke holes in the leather myself. (See picture)-The white elastic straps attached to the cushions came dirty (See picture)-I think there was something wrong with the spring on one side of the seat where the reclining lever was, because I had to pull really hard to get the tension to release and it made a loud twang when it finally did. It works fine now though and can easily be adjusted. (See picture)-The “rocking” is kind of unstable and the chair feels shaky if you try rocking it back and forth or side to side (not unbearable though)-The seat cushion isn’t comfy after sitting for 3+ hours a day. I suggest using an extra seat cushion/pillow.-The head pillow isn’t comfy and the height isn’t adjustable. I had to take it off because it sat at a weird height for me and hurt my neck.- The USB vibrating massage function in the lumbar pillow is meh.Summary:The assembly of the product was simple enough, though there were some defects in my particular parts that made it difficult for me. Several of the plastic parts came damaged or dirty. The chair it’s self is extremely cute, height easily adjustable, and rolls nicely. Lumbar support pillow is nice if at the correct level for you. However the seat cushion is not comfortable if you’re spending more than 3 hours sitting on it, and rocking in the chair feels a bit unstable.

Loved it , just needed a new one , it came bigger than the old one. Way east to assemble, reclines all the way back, locks & unlocks , arms move up and down , massager worked , and chair itself obviously moved up and down as well . Evreything was perfect with it , got it for my bfs birthday and he hasn’t stopped reclining back 🤣.

writing a review a bit late but i've had this for 3 years and its great my friend slept on it and said it was comfy

It is an amazing chair but when I was assembling it, I found that one side of the base of the chair was cracked. It's a shame it's cracked but I think I'll just keep it, I really don't want to wait for a return and get another. Other than this, it is extremely comfortable, great back support, took maybe 15 minutes to assemble, absolutely love it!

Bit of a very late review but ive had nothing but issues with this chair over the best two years my daughter is now heart broken bc its now broken completely and i cant get ahold of the company a joke

Product was put together by myself, and upon inspecting all parts for damage I saw that the material was ripped in two places. Its no problem as it's only small, just thought others should be aware of it. I think assembly should definitely be a two person job however I think I did OK on my own! Very comfortable, the massage pillow is very effective and the support is great for my bad back. Very pleased.

I thought this would be more comfortable than what it is, I feel disappointed that I've spent and saved for so long and while it looks nice it isn't the most comfiest thing. The seat is very hate so kinda hurts after a while, and the arm rests even though are heigh adjustable are very low.
