Good product 👍
We enjoyed this ham in omelettes, made ham salad with mayo, celery and sweet peas for sandwiches and on crackers. This is a good product and know when u open it to use it in the way its intended. Its not a spiral ham.

The best tasting canned ham and I have ordered it many times.

Unusually off-putting
I guess it was what it was supposed to be. Idk, I've never had canned ham before. I've had hundreds-- maybe thousands, of ham sandwiches (I'm pretty old). I've had the official Honey Baked ham. Ham and eggs. Deli-sliced-- Oscar Mayer, Hillshire Farm, Sarah Lee, generic, Kirkland, etc etc. Ham is ham, I figured. But no. This product was not what one would expect from Ham. - Texture: mushy - Appearance: artificially pinkish, with fatty marbling that suggested it had been mechanically macerated and spat out into can-shaped lozenges. Coated in an aspic-like yellowish gel that was too liquid to easily scrape away from the "meat" - Flavor: tasted like ham, but with a metallic undertone. However, the texture was so off-putting that I spat it out before i could evaluate the full flavor-palette. 3/10. Would not recommend.

Salty as can be. Need to soak or cook with some thing that will take some of the salt away.
Ham is tender but quite salty. Still kinda tasty but salt is hard to mask. Soak it in water but it will take a while.

Just fine
Just fine.. if you've had can spam. It's sort of packaged like that. Doesn't taste like spam but you know what I'm trying to say.

Iberia canned ham
The ham has a flavor very much like spam, but not as salty..I sliced it up and fried it to make sandwiches.. I found it to be tasty…bare in mind this is ham parts that are compressed into shape., I have used it in cooking bean soups , chopped it up to make ham salad sandwiches.. it’s a good buy at the current prices..
