I have been using this hair for more than 1 year now. It's comfortable, cozy & looks beautiful. Easy to assemble, I did it myself. Size is quite big & mobility is damn good. I use it during work hours, and I can also take a little nap on it. Quality is really good that even after rough use of 1 year, it's still looking new. Highly recommended if you spend lot of time sitting for work.

I purchased this item with a lot of hesitation, but after assembling it, I found it really attractive, solid, and well‑designed. Once I started using it, it gave me a surprisingly good feeling — even after sitting for long hours.

It is far better than any other office chair that I have used so far. The assembly was not that hard. It can be done alone but it's better to have 2 people because some parts can be a little tricky to assemble alone. As a person who sits in front of a screen almost the entire day, this chair has helped me a lot PROS:- * Very comfortable - Can't say enough about how comfortable it is. The back and lumbar support is absolutely amazing. * Looks very good - I have a gaming pc setup so it adds to the look of the whole setup. Looks good in a normal office room too. CONS:- * Expensive - At this price you expect this chair to be very very good, and I would say it is....kinda. I would say if you can get this chair on a discount(at the time of writing this review the price is 17k) then it is a very good investment. * Creaking sounds when pressure is put on the back rest - In my opinion it is a problem with every office chair(or atleast the ones I have used) but at this price you except this chair to be amazing. *Other problems - The handrests wiggle a lot even tho they're supposed to stay in the sat position and it may bother some people. I you are a avid fps gamer then then this could be something that could affect your aim. I usually keep my arms on the table while I play Valorant and Apex so I don't mind it that much. The rocking mechanism also moves even if it's set to 0 degree lock. Again it may bother some people a lot but after using this chair for so long I have become used to it. To summarize everything, this is a good chair but not perfect by any means. I would recommend going to a chair dealer and trying out other office chairs before buying this one. It could be possible that you get a chair that you like and that too for much cheaper. My Review after using it for three years Decent Chair, the wheels are smooth, the comfort is there, the mechanism is smooth—overall decent. My reason for only giving 1 star: I'm 6'3", hence I ordered this huge T-size chair, but I don't understand why all gaming companies come up with these rounded back supports towards the shoulder area. Man, I could never fit in the chair; I had to sit with my shoulders pushed forward due to the chair's design. I used it for three years, keeping a pillow on the back to get my shoulders ahead of those rounded shoulder supports; it was a big drawback. My second biggest reason: the chair's back support literally broke one day when I was in relax mode. I cannot get it fixed, and the company's service is bad; nobody picks up your call. Now I have a chair with a working wheelbase, but the upper part is broken. Also, one last thing: the rexine used is of pathetic quality.
