I am from the Atlantic City area and am familiar with the bare bones of the case. The book fleshes it out very well.The book holds your interest from beginning to end.

A great book really interesting

I don't know about other reviews but I had to struggle to finish this book. Very disgusted with myself of spending $14.99.

Most of the information came from a single individual without cross-checking.And that individual sold out his friend so he wouldn't do time.A complicated case to be sure, with only titillation seeming to be the purpose of the book.I think there is a third attempt to write a book about the murder and I look forward to see what that will bring; from bits and pieces that I've heard, it should be much better.Remember that this is COMPLICATED and that a very famous forensic doctor's testimony was never presented.

Spot on recounting of a bizarre event. Mr. Anastasia is a gifted writer.

This story seemed vaguely familiar as I read it, it felt as if I’ve read it before by another author or perhaps seen it on a true crime show. It’s quite a shocking story to read, for sure. I read it straight through, which I have not been able to do much of lately, so that says a lot. It really held my interest, I stayed up all night reading it. I guess I just had to see how it came out. If you like true crime, with bikers and a drug dealing doctor who wants to knock off his wife when she becomes a problem for him, check this one out. I’ve read several of Anastasia’s books now, and like them more aIl the time.
