I'm learning to crochet. I wound the balls and have them in a big beach bag. I started working on the blanket and, when I pulled my yarn, the ball had a tendency to roll off the couch and across the floor. The cat loved that but it doesn't work for me, and getting up to pick it up is hard due to my physical problems (I have MS). I looked for something to use and the bowls are beautiful but not really practical for me. I found this bag and bought it. It is big enough for a huge ball, with a reinforced gromet in the top for the yarn to come through. It can be flattened (without the ball) or pushed to fit in my items bag when not in use.I also discovered that I could use it as a counter as well. I needed 15 squares of one color and 15 of another. I put the little plastic counter pins (markers for stitches) on the handle. When I finished a block, I would cut the yarn and then take the counter off the handle. It was great to be able to keep up with my project blocks.I love this and it's a great tool for any crocheter or as a gift for one.

It’s nice and holds 1 skein of yarn. I like how the yarn comes out the top do it never gets tangled.

It's cute, but really, no sizeable ball of yarn is going to fit in this. If this is the "Small" one, I'd hate to see the "Mini" one that is also available. Might be the size of a thimble. Too much hassle to return it, I'm sure I might someday use it for something. Kinda bummed.

Cute fabric. Well made. But...barely holds one skin of worsted wgt.yarn. I was hoping for something a little larger.

Ok, my own fault, but I feel I need to say this: this is a SMALL bag. It fit one ball of yarn. This ball was one of 2 that made up a regular skein of Carron yarn. Really look at measurements and ask yourself what you work with that would fit this.

I got this as a gift from my daughter. She hadn’t realized that it was actually super small. That was her mistake. But it’s okay. It’s adorable and I will use it as a small bag for small projects. Just be aware that it’s smaller then what it looks like in the photos. It’s cute and small. Does as it says it should. Only down side is that it’s smaller then expected. I just bought a bigger one for larger projects.

This bag may fit one ball of yarn, maybe two. It was pretty tiny but design is beautiful!

This yarn bag was too small for what I wanted it for so I returned it. My refund was handled very quickly

I am so disappointed in this product. I wish I had read to reviews first! It’s miniature and doesn’t hold any ball of yarn I own. I took a picture of it next to a 500 ml jar of spaghetti sauce to give an accurate representation of its true size. Honestly, Amazon you should not sell this item as it is presently advertised.
