I did like using this product
Low VOC is right ! I did like using this product. It leaves a bit smoother finish than the similar Rustoleum can spray (which leaves a slightly rougher texture than the SEM product).Tough finish once allowed to dry.

Not happy with its performance
I'm a huge fan of SEM products. I've been using the regular rubberized undercoating on all my projects / builds. Their standard undercoating was out of stock at the time so I tried the LOW VOC. Big mistake. I don't like the way it lays out or feels. Looks like crap, I would never use this stuff again.Because I tried to save time and use it, i ended up having to redo the frame rail with the standard SEM undercoating because it looked terrible.
