I was looking for an affordable extra laptop as during COVID the need for virtual school, meetings etc dramatically increased and my family of four needed more electronic devices.I chose this because it can double as a pad. In honesty, the last several months I’ve used this strictly as a laptop but the touch screen works just fine.Everything about the laptop works as advertised. It’s not slow, lightweight, and a good size. The only issue with it in my opinion is it’s performance. But you get what you pay for.When I do speed test with this laptop vs Apple products ( bare in mind 2-3x the cost) it is substantially slower. When having video meetings it sometimes will get choppy or even cut out. I then switch to my more expensive Apple products which don’t have that issue. The further away you are from the router the more the problems; again Apple products without that issue ( although they are slower too; but not operationally noticeable).If you’re looking for something to check emails and write papers on this is it. I think a very affordable option. If doing lots of video meetings, etc I would pay more for a different product. I gave it 5 stars because for the price range this is what you get. If I could do it over again; I would not buy this and spend the extra money for a better product.

Awesome price! Clean, fast, sufficient storage, windows 10, in very good condition, good functioning touch screen and the ability to completely flip screen and use as a tablet is a bonus! I am in love with this product!

Ordered laptop after my son damaged his other one. New one came very well wrapped to protect it and was in very good shape. When trying to get it set up for the first time we had an issue with the keyboard. Although we selected origin United States and US for keyboard when we tried to log into our wifi the password was always wrong. When I clicked so I could see what was being typed it was not typing the correct letters. I informed them of the problem and they sent out a new one within 2 days. It came packed just as well as the first and was set up with no issues. The condition looks like new as well. Hoping to get many years of service out of it.

Great computer. Needed to buy my daughter a computer that could handle different games she plays online but didn't cost too much money. This one has been perfect.

I went through regular laptop setup. I applied all the Windows updates with no problem. I really like to touch screen. Goodbye mouse! The display is sharp. Even the sound is good.

Ordered a couple of months ago. It worked great at first but then stopped working altogether after freezing repeatedly and failing to restart. This all occured shortly after the window to return the laptop closed. Now I'm in the process of getting it repaired.

I love everything about this laptop. Low price, reliable, lightweight, excellent quality.The seller provided what I wanted and needed in a timely manner.

The laptop functioned quite well for the price and what I need it to do, however upon testing out the built-in camera it was non functional. I spent 3 hours on the phone with Lenovo support to find a solution to no avail, and as such it has already been sent back to the factory for diagnostics and repair less than two weeks after purchasing.
