Excellent Laptop, Excellent Value!
My 17" Gram came in like new condition and included the factory power adapter and USB-C Thunderbolt to Ethernet adapter. No factory manual included but easily downloaded from the LG support website. Laptop was shipped in the factory box (rated for shipping) wrapped in a thick foam/plastic wrap.Reading other reviews I was concerned that it would ship with a 512GB SATA SSD but was surprised to find that it had a Samsung NVMe model MZVLB512HAJQ SSD that benchmarked BETTER (overall score) than Samsung 970 Evo Plus reported benchmark scores. See the included screen cap of the benchmark. The Gram is very light, lighter than my 12.5" Dell E7240 Ultrabook in fact. Screen is bright and easy to read. Because there is only a MicroSD card reader I bought this adapter -https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01IE70PQY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1Fingerprint reader works great and the Gram boots in mere seconds. A great laptop for normal activities, not a gamer by any means but excellent overall.Overall I am very pleased with the condition and performance of the LG Gram 17" refurbished laptop.

Power supply gets dangerously hot.
Great laptop with great bright sharp screen and exceptionally light. The battery last as long as they advertise. Unfortunately I had to return it after on a few occasions I noticed the power supply gets extremely hot such that I think it might caught on fire if it was sitting on combustible surface, such as if I was working in bed. I usually charge my laptops overnight, and I was worried that it might become a fire hazard at night when I'm asleep.

Large, high quality screen!!
I've been using this laptop for three months now, and I absolutely love the large screen with clear vivid colors unlike some of the computers I've used in the past. It's amazing if you love having multiple windows/tabs open at once hahaBecause it's super light, I don't have a hard time carrying it around to places. I haven't purchased a laptop case, but since I have a large backpack, that hasn't been a problem for me. The keys feel comfortable and are not obnoxiously loud when you type.I've read/watched some reviews (especially on Youtube) regarding the light reflection on the screen, but it hasn't bothered me very much. I'm not a gamer but I do digital illustration on this laptop at home!

Excellent computer but
I use a laptop on my lap from my recliner. It started off warm but when I loaded my software it got too hot to be comfortable. Other than being too hot it is an excellent computer. Fast and light!

Looked and performed like it was brand new
I had 2 requirements for my new laptop. I wanted a large high res screen and great battery life. The LG gram seemed to fit the bill but they are pricey. I decided to get a refurbed one and save a few hundred bucks. The laptop arrived 2 days later and it looked and felt like it was brand new. The battery only showed one power cycle on it and everything is performing great.

So Far So Good
I've been using this laptop for a week, works flawlessly so far, my first refurbished, I like the light weight, the screen size and battery life (that's why I bought it). Must say as others have, battery only lasts about 8hrs., some false advertising here, but for me it's plenty. I will update if any issues come up in the future.

Light and powerful
Very light and powerful. Battery life is about 8 hours rather than the 17 lusted in the description but that is still nearly 3 times my old laptop with a very thick large capacity battery.
