This is a good replacement for my missing power supply. Works as expected.

Big waste of money
Be wary!!! The unit works for a short time then trip out and shuts off (probably overheating with thermal protection). I can't use it for a real gig.Big waste of money.

The adapter sometimes comes apart - forgive the childish terminology ...
The adapter sometimes comes apart - forgive the childish terminology, but the plug that goes into the actual keyboard comes apart into two and sometimes needs to be reassembled. It still works if you put it in the right way, but I'm a little afraid of losing it.

Theri customer service is OUTSTANDING
I bought the product to recharge my heated seat cushion that I use at football games. The connector at the end of the charger was the wrong size, but they send me a size chart so I know what size to order as they instructed in their information with the charger. They followed up on a weekly basis to ensure that what I received was what I wanted and was working. Above and beyond the call of duty.

Bought it for my presonus studio channel and it only ...
Bought it for my presonus studio channel and it only turned on half my board...if I connected the adaptor one way only the tube would turn on...connect it another way only the compressor/limited would get power...I was so pissed smh
