Bad warranty, Good parts for an electric. Nice shock with lockout. My box came beat to heck the light on the front was broken.
Customer service said 3 weeks ago they would send a new light. They never did. The bike is nice but don't expect any fix or service. Good parts for an electric. Nice shock with lockout. My box came beat to heck the light on the front was broken and the break light keeps falling off. If jetson sends me a new light for the front and back I will be a happy camper.

Ordered 2 Bikes - 1 good & 1 not
I ordered 1 bike for me & 1 for my wife. Hers was missing a bolt, which the manufactured replaced promptly, but once fully assembled found that the charger plug would fit into the receptacle due to a manufacturing error that was unfixable (by the consumer). Returned it. Other bike came together nicely & we kept it. Rides nice even with no power assist, but wish it had a way to raise the handlebars - a bit low & don't seem to have any adjustability & can't find any bike accessory that seems to help with that problem. Ordered vertical grips to attach for a higher hand position, but they don't fit the Adventure handlebar or grips.

***BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!***
*BUYER BEWARE!!!*On July 13, 2020 I placed an order for a new Eris Electric Scooter. To this date, (August 21 2020) I have not received my scooter, nor any of the $500 paid in refund for lack of services. I have tried to call the number listed for customer service, only in the end of the 30 minute wait to be hung up on by the automated service. I have also written numerous e-mails to the @helpjetson link, only to have canned responses sent back. It has been well over a month now and still no scooter, and no refund. As it stands, I’ve had to contact the BBB in New York. I’ve found out that they have only been in business for 7 years, and ARE NOT a member of the BBB. They have had over 25 complaints in the last 60 days, all of which have been related to customer service type calls or inquiries. I’m hoping to recoup my lost money with filing a formal complaint with the Bureau. If not my next step is to file a fraud complaint with the New York State Attorney Generals office. I should have known the first time I tried for weeks to purchase a replacement wheel for another scooter without success that something was wrong. *BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!*

Awful
Buyer beware. Do not buy this bike! The handle bar clamp is made of plastic. It broke and created a dangerous situation. It is poorly made. In fact Company won’t replace it the part under warranty as they consider 5 months of a Safety clamp failing to be “wear and tear”. Terrible product. Taking it back.
