This product cuts your skin
Please be careful when purchasing this product. On first use I noticed little red marks on my skin and looking more closely found very thin cuts. I then ran my hand over the roller to feel several small shavings fall away (which resulted in splinters) and realised the cogs had not been sanded or varnished at all. This means the product had in fact cut my skin which it should not do. I have tried to capture a picture of one od the thin cuts and have returned the product. I do not recommend buying this product but if you do please check each of the cogs for sharpness or wood shavings coming away.

The best ever
Ok so I have started using this all over my legs waist tummy thighs .. it’s perfect. I find my lymphatic is working well. Thinning out my body. One thing I have been using it to much now I have bruises all over my arms legs all over. I guess I was doing it to hard. So needed to take a break. So I did that for 3 days now and the bruises are yellow now so tomorrow I will start again a little lighter … lol

Helped me with cramps
I get cramps after running 3-6 miles and cycling 1-3 hours. Cramps happen after exercising and sleeping at night. After exercising I roll EVERY WHERE on my legs for for about 30 minutes. Repeat again before going to bed. I get some very painful cramps and when it happens I think I would need an ambulance. This product is the best for me. This 2026 review is long over due. I bought this in 2021. Everybody is different and what works for me may not work for you. Also the product is well made.
