I really recommend these but make sure you pay attention to the dosage I only weighed 105 when starting to take these and turns out the full dose was wayyy too much so I had to half it.Pros my energy levels have gotten much better and this one does not cause actual stomach pain like straight iron pills for me, and the price is great, and I've noticed changes with my hair growthCons have had to take stool softeners off and on with it, can get an upset stomach

This stuff is great. Sooo many people have problems with iron supplements. Most of the people in our family included.I have then swear they can't handle iron or it upsets their stomach. But Hemaplex doesn't and a serious bonus. It works. One little tablet a day for however long you need it. Great results, well worth the money. Which I have to say is a lot less than some of the prescription iron.As far as I know nobody in our family has had any troubles with them. Even my dad who at 76 had trouble swallowing .

I used to take a liquid form of iron (floradix), but found out I had an iron deficiency and needed an iron supplement with higher mg.They are easy to swallow, no after taste and haven’t experienced any issues with constipation, which is a very common side effect when taking Iron tablets.I have noticed my brain fog and fatigue have improved and it’s helping with my postpartum hair loss. I will continue to take these as a daily supplement.

I’ve been taking these for about two weeks now and I’m already feeling less sluggish. Yes, they smell really gross, but I find that unless you’re taking a tablet, you will smell the capsule. It’s doing its job. Just hold your nose and wash it down with something you love.

Works will for hemoglobin regulation. The only bad thing I experienced was the smell, taste, and aftertaste. If you can tolerate that, you’ll be good. I, unfortunately, couldn’t take the taste so I switched brands and pill forms.

If your doctor ever told you that your body doesn’t break down the iron supplements as they should, I would advise not to get these. They were really strong so I know they would have gotten the job done for me if I was able to take them. I ended up with high levels of iron and ended up sicker than I was. Threw the whole bottle away and wasted my money.

I have been using this for a few years now. My doctor could really see a difference in my blood test since I started taking them. Before I had been struggling to keep my iron up, no matter what I used. She was so impressed that the next appointment she asked me to bring the bottle in. I did, then she took a picture of the he bottle and told me to “keep taking them”.These capsules or the gel tabs are great. I find the capsules would cause me to have little burps once in a while with a little bit of aftertaste. But now I make sure to take them with a little bit of food of any kind and I never have that anymore.My doctor said you should always take any kind of vitamin with a little bit of food to help with digestion. And it worked. 😃
