Fritos Bar-B-Q Flavored Corn Chips, 10.25 oz

Since I was a little girl, my favorite snack was Bar-B-Q Fritos. I was soooooo upset when they were discontinued in 2018. Why do this if they had been an American favorite since 1932...for 86 years, mind you?!!! I had no idea they were still available anywhere until one day recently while watching a youtube from Canada, I caught a glimpse of a bag of Bar-B-Q Fritos in a kitchen shot. I quickly did a search asking if they were available in Canada...the answer was yes. So, I did another search and found them here on Amazon...and immediately purchased them. Nothing else comes close! Thank you to the seller offering these...a bit pricey but the bag is very large. For me, they are a favorite comfort food.

The flavor was excellent and I had to ration my portions (wanted to eat most of the bag when I opened it)! Don't understand why they can't make these in the U.S. anymore, but so glad they're still available. I looked for these in every grocery store I visited (even out of state). A little expensive, but why not splurge once in a while when you can. The bag was also larger than what we used to get here years ago. Will definitely order again.

I bought the BBQ Fritos for my brother. He had mentioned he was not able to find them at the grocery stores in Orlando. I found them on Amazon and surprised him with them. The first day he received them one bag was gone. Purchased them in February and the freshness date was May which he said they would be gone long before then. He said the Fritos had the excellent taste that they always did. I think he will be a customer for along time.

A family favorite snack we grew up with. For whatever the reason they are no longer made within the US. Since I'm stuck here I decided to treat my family and myself to 3 bags of these. I've had the craving for over a year. The chips are great. They tasted exactly the same. The expiration dates were good on all 3 bags, plenty of time to leisurely eat them. They were packaged great, each bag had a box of its own and all 3 boxes were put into a larger box for shipping. None got crushed in transit. I couldn't in, good conscience, give them a 5 star rating but it has nothing to do with the products taste. I spent $40 on 3 bags that are the same size bags you could find in a grocery store. As someone living on a fairly strict budget, I'm disappointed in myself but the chips tasted good enough to make me forget that part. Should I buy more? No. Will I buy more? Absolutely.

Seriously ridiculous price for a bag of chips but I bought Them anyway because I have been looking for a very long time for these in the stores. I read online that they would not be sold that they were discontinued. Much to my surprise, as soon as I receive them and open them I went to the store and there they are way cheaper. Yes, I am the one that bought them for this price because I was craving them but in all reality this price is ridiculous.

Man, I know there's a premium to these, but I thought they were long gone. Just a distant memory that I use to love. To have these again was awesome! I destroyed the bag (along with my kids). Just like I remembered, soooo good. I wish they would bring them back in the U.S. surely to God the sold better than chili cheese flavor. Thank you, quick, nicely packaged shipping too. Oh and these bags were a little larger than the typical ones at the store in the US, which was great.

These were my favorite chip as a child, and are no longer available where I live. When I ordered a bag, my hopes were that the flavor was what I remembered. As I opened the bag and inhaled the divine aroma that I had not experienced in over 2 decades, I almost wept in sheer joy. If you have never experienced a chip that can transcend the laws of flavor, do yourself a favor and buy a bag. If you have tasted the tangy nectar of the BBQ Fritos, know that we are the chosen ones.
