The media could not be loaded.  Feels like you got glue on your head and hair looks i don't know not healthy i guess it just feels weird so thick of a cream it just won't spread in your hands and go nice and smoothly in your hair, it just stays where you put it can't spread it out if you know what I mean

So, there are “classic” smells, and then there are “old man” smells. This was definitely the latter. The smell was quite a bit stronger than expected (which bothered my wife) and made me feel like I was living in a seniors home. Just being honest.

If you look around, quality hair products are rather expensive. This is the exception. At just under $6 CAD it really is a steal. When I wash my hair in the shower and let it dry, it gets all puffed up and unpleasant. Using Brylcreem allows me to settle my hair down and give it form: without the buildup and texture that comes with pomades. I highly recommend this if you're looking for a hair product that will give you a low to low-medium hold and healthy looking shine.I've seen some reviews/comments concerning the date on the box and tube. I called the manufacturer and they reassured me that the date (beginning with the letter 'M') is the manufacturing date of the product and that it has about a three year shelf life. Hope this helps!

There’s something to be said for using the same hair product that your father and grandfather used...In partiuclar, the scent brings back fond memories of my grandfather. I’m not sure if they have toned down the scent over the years or my grandfather used a hell of a lot of it, but those that are complaining about the scent are either using way too much or are hyper sensitive to scents.I have short, very thick hair and this keeps it in check just as well, if not better, than much more expensive pomades. My barbershop sells tubs of pomade for $20 that contains less product than a tube of Brylcreem and doesn’t make my hair look any better.It’s very hard to find in stores so it’s awesome that Amazon delivers this right to my door.
