Johnstone's Feature Wall Matt Emulsion Paint - Midnight Sapphire 2.5L (Package May Vary)

Colour is lovely and texture is thick, creamy, easy to apply, don't drip, looks amazing once dried. Swear by this brand.

First impressions when painting is the colourlooks much bluer and quite shiny even whilst almost fully dried but once dried it becomes an incredible matte blue that I’ve struggled to find for years!Only downside is that it’s very easy to mark so I’d suggest using it somewhere that’s unlikely to be touched or keep a pot on hand for touch ups everyone once in a while like myself!Overall definitely worth buying!

4 coats on a white wall and still patchy. Also as others have said it’s chalky and leaves a white mark everytime it’s touched. Such a shame as the colour is stunning

This paint was easy to apply, with coverage as advertised. The deep blue colours looks fantastic. However, it’s a chalky finish. I painted our little boys room with it which was a mistake. Every time your brush past the wall or scrape it, it leaves a mark. Then you make the mistake of paining over that to find when it dries it doesn’t blend. So then you have to paint the whole wall. I wouldn’t use it again, might have to varnish the room now. Bit of a nightmare. You cannot wipe it clean.

Perfect colour

I have a black wall.. I couldn’t believe it took one coat I was shocked! Would buy again!

Colour is fabulous and exactly what I’d been looking for... but the paint is quite ‘chalky’ which means every single mark shows, it scuffs easily and if you wipe it you can see streaks. Such a shame as it’s a stunning colour. Would be great in a very low traffic area, but not anywhere a child or fog will brush past :(

This paint is fabulous and the colour is beautiful. I read a lot about it easily marking but I’ve not found this at all.
