I love Davina. She is an authentic beautiful soul. I have all of her workout videos, they got me fit and I actually retrained as a fitness instructor because of them. It's not work!!!This dvd is excellent. Barefooted which I love as a Yogi. New and different. I was sore for 2 days as I went big as I'm fit and thought "how hard can it be?“ It is hard if you give it your all, but I wouldn't hesitate to tell new clients to use this at home even if they aren't seasoned workout junkies.

Not like the other Davina exercise DVDs
I have done a Davina workout nearly every day since my daughter was born ten years ago (yes, really!) I'm threfore sorry to say that this isn't up to the standard of the Jackie and Mark/Ed workouts. Very long warm up and cool down, essential to use a ball and light weights for the abs exercise (I don't like using a ball, and only have heavier weights). There are very few alternatives to lessen or add to the workout level. Worst of all, Davina is a sideline and barely speaks and certainly doesn't inject the laugh and fun that she does on the other DVDs (though maybe going through personal issues could have dampened her fun side). The instructor is no doubt skilled in her field but every single workout is very ballet focused, and the entire DVD lacks fun, encouragement, humanity, , etc. It's like being in a snobby exercise class with the mean girls! I'm sure it would be great for some people, but it's not for me.

Persevere, it’s worth it!
I wasn’t fond of this DVD to start with. I missed Ed, Davina barely speaks, and Sarah speaks too much... The warm up was too long, the warm down...was too long. However, I have learned to really like this DVD. Sarah honestly does seem to know what she’s doing - and I found the sessions tough (which is good). The abs and the arms sections are my favourites, the HIIT is great, but all sessions put you through your paces. You do really need to buy the ball for abs and glutes. I use my mantlepiece for barre. I’d recommend dropping your usual sized weights to smaller ones for the arms (tiny, repetitive, painful movements!). I do my own warm up and warm down (or I’d be working-out forever!). Give it a go; I still prefer the ones with Ed, but change is good, and Sarah can really make a difference to your body tone.

I love this DVD
I love this DVD, Some of it is challenging but it really does work. I do 2 or 3 sections a day and it really is changing the shape of my body. Sarah is an amazing teacher who really does teach you throughout the whole dvd.This is my favourite DVD ever and I have over 35 exercise DVD's but from now on I'm sticking with this

Not sure what to think!
This is definitely not for the weak or of faint heart.The so-called warm up is literally a workout in of itself. I'm not kidding!I power walk and run 5 days a week. I do alternating toning days and rest days. THIS DVD is crazy!NOT for me really. VERY disjointed - though the 'flow' session and cool down were very well done, the rest.. I have NO desire to do any of the myriad of workouts included (There are Loads! all 10 minutes or so) if you are looking for CRAZY bursts of exercise at a RAMPAGING speed then this is for you!! (Davina, bless her heart, no matter WHAT she says, she's keeping up!) The instructor however, I actually think I can't stand her! Shouting and hooting all the way through. A bit overkill really!! VERY distracting.. I will be giving this dvd to someone else.. or donate it. sorry!! (You CAN do these workouts individually!! or if you're a total nutter - do them all, I don't recommend it though!! toning and cardio included.. so this might be the dvd for you!!)
