I am so thrilled with this purchase! I had a very old Jack LaLanne Power Juicer Elite centrifugal juicer that I bought second hand from a friend several years ago. It was a good unit in its day and I'm grateful to have had it, but after using my new Omega juicer, I realize how inferior my old machine was. The Omega is simple to use, and -- really important! -- it's EASY TO CLEAN! Lots of times, I talked myself out of juicing because the machine was such a pain to clean. But the Omega is unbelievably simple to clean. I read in one of the reviews where someone advised developing the habit of cleaning the juicer before drinking the juice -- every single time -- to ensure no dried "stuff" has to be dealt with, and that the process remains as simple as possible. It also means it's ready to go next time you get ready to juice. I am taking her advice! The pulp dryness is as good as I would expect from any juicer, and the juice itself is beautiful, clean, healthy perfection. The operation of the machine is also amazingly quiet, especially as compared with my counter-hopping, LOUD old machine. My kittens didn't even flinch, much less run, when I cut the machine on, and they run from just about every appliance noise until they get used to it. This juicer is a high quality unit that's been well designed to make juicing available and fun for all of us. If you're shopping for juicers, this one is the bomb!!! And it doesn't break the bank!

I have owned this extractor for almost a month. I can tell it will not last for many years because it is made of plastic, so wear and tear will take it's toll eventually. I am impressed with how well it works (crushes veggies, etc). It is not made to handle hard items everyday, like fresh turmeric and ginger, but as long as I prepare it by peeling and cutting it into smaller pieces, it will handle them with ease. I enjoy the smaller size, the ease of cleaning it and the cost. My concern will be the overuse of certain veggies and the eventual wear and tear, so I am being careful not to overdo it. I want to keep it longer before it needs replacing. I also appreciate the reverse button when food/veggies get stuck, makes it convenient. All parts are made of plastic (except the strainer is part metal and part plastic and so some veggies stain the plastic pieces (need to consider this part). So far I am not bothered by that as long as it continues to function. I now understand why it has received such great reviews and like I mentioned, so far so good with special consideration of the fact that is it made of mostly plastic and the wear and tear will eventually occur. I use it twice per day for my dietary needs and I hope to be able to use it more over time, crossing my fingers. I hope this review helps. I am pleased for my very first juicer/extractor. I am grateful for the affordable price.

This is a very good device for juicing. And good value for money. It is easy to assemble and disassemble, easy to clean as well. BE VERY CAREFUL: The most important thing to know is that you need to chop down hard vegetables, such as beet roots, celery roots and carrots, preferably in about one square inch cubes (or smaller) or thin slices. I was on a hurry once and forced a WHOLE CARROT down the tube. As a result, the transparent plastic part broke at the tip of its round edge, where it attaches itself to the black end part. I had to order a replacement part. If you treat this juicer with care, I believe it will go a long way. If not, maybe you should consider adding the extra 20-30 dollars for a 2 or 3 years product insurance, as accidents might happen!

The price is very good, I started juicing with this juicer Sept. 3rd and use it daily. Have it for 1 month 1/2. It is quiet, not much pulp remainder. Wash parts immeddiately after juicing. Clean parts when square juice container with measurements written on it gets 1/3 full. After cleaning the parts continue your juicing. If you wait till 1/2 or 3/4 full juice container then the part that extracts the pulp can get jammed, cannot take apart causing a big problem. Don't over pack the place where you put fruit or veggie. Be gentle in pushing produce through the chute. I had a similar juicer a year ago which lasted for a couple of years. I bought it at Bed and Bath. It served me very well. Leafy greens go in easily, so do beets, carrots. Just be gentle, clean well after using. Monthly soak overnight in warm soap water. It should last for years. Great healthy juice. Easy to stay healthy. Fun to try new recipes. Enjoy.

This little guy actually makes good tasting juice, and is fairly easy to clean. But after about 6 weeks of daily use (just a single juice a day) the feed chute broke as I was using it. I tried to buy a replacement part, but they are out of stock everywhere. I went to Amazon, they told me to contact the manufacturer. I contacted Omega, and their site plainly says contact the seller. I wrote Omega anyway - and never got a reply. Judging from the pictures and reviews of others (I’m at least the 4th person to post a pic of the exact same thing) this is common with this juicer. There is a design flaw, where too much pressure is exerted on a tiny clip of plastic. Thankfully I was able to eventually work something out with Amazon, after 3 phone calls and a nasty note from the seller. Unfortunately I didn’t get a full refund - but at least I don’t have a broken juicer taking up space in my kitchen.

I was looking to buy a good healthy juicer for my parents, so I decided to buy a cold pressed/slow juicer instead of centrifugal one. Considering its high price I took some time to research about it and shortlisted few as I was using Hurom H-AA and wanted this time something new and easy to use and easy to clean juicer for parents found Omega slow juicers in Amazon and great reviews of Omega J8228 and NC1002 model thanks to official brand distributor support for the right time helping me out with the right juicer with Indian standard voltage and warranty, as I was warring about to go with this model due to some other reviews and they guided me very well with proper service. brand and quality will give 5 out of 5 rating. While finalising Omega H3000, I was quite skeptical as I had not heard about this brand in Indian market. So I called omega slow juicer and asked few doubts, then somehow I felt confident to buy it. When I received the juicer, I fell in love with it. The black colour is elegant and the juicer's size is smaller than I thought. So its quite a cute, compact and beautiful juicer. It almost a silent juicer. The juices I tried were quite tasty and didn’t expect that pulp will get so dry. Omega juicer came with an interesting recipe book. I wish Omega juicer H:3000 also included ice-cream attachment and smoothie attachment like other models of omega J8228 and Nc1002 . All the positive things other reviewers have written were found to be true. This thing is built to last, you can feel the quality of the material the moment you hold it. Assembling or dissembling is to easy. As for the performance, I have tried juicing the following items 1. Carrots 2. Beetroots 3. Sweet lime 4. Oranges 5. Apples 6. Spinach/Corriander/Mint 7. Pomegranates 8. Tomatoes 9. Amla I have also extracted almond juice. With all of these, the juicer does a phenomenal work. The resulting pulp is extremely dry. I have attached a photo of the pulp that gets generated for various fruits. Overall I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and find myself juicing every alternate day. Overall satisfied :)

es para preparar 500 ml de jugo si quieres mas tendras que desmontar lavar y continuar la segunda vez que lo compre para mi hija, vino con piezas sueltas. pero lo devolvi y me regresaron mi dinero. estoy viendo si lo vuelvo a pedir. facil de ensamblar y de lavar si me gusto y si lo recomiendo

We bought two of these. Both broke. I had to fight like mad for them to agree to send a replacement part for the second one because I neglected to take a photo of the damaged piece prior to discarding. Out of stock for six months. Buy another brand.
