Philips 800 Series Air Purifier - Removes Germs, Dust and Allergens in Rooms up to 49m², 3 Speeds, Sleep Mode (AC0820/10)

I’ve owned the air purifier for 10 months now, using it daily in my working-from-home office and still on the first filter. The device has a quality feel to it and noise levels are as expected: hardly noticeable at the first active setting, followed by a little noisy and rather noisy respectively.The sensor is remarkably sensitive. I have the top window opened by a finger’s width, and already it reacts to a car running stationary just outside and days when air quality in my area is poor. I was previously unaware of the extent to which poor outside air enters the indoors living environment.It takes 30 minutes to clear the air in my 4x4m office from red to blue LED, which I’m happy with.Recent heatwave has prompted me to install a DIY hood from packaging cardboard on top of the purifier so that it directs air sideways so that it also acts as a fan. Probably the cleanest fan you will find! Photos of the life hack included.In hindsight, I’d have preferred a programmable version that snoozes during night time, and turns itself on a couple of hrs before I start work. But a wifi plug and Apple HomeKit or Alexa could be an alternative to offer similar functionality.

De lucht is terug properder en dat is dan ook de bedoeling. Ik had ongeveer dezelfde maar die moest via een app en dat lukte niet. Deze is veel gemakkelijker.Het is ook een heel stil toestel.

Mijn goede (Airgradient) luchtkwaliteit meter gaf een stoffige en matige lucht aan.Daarna een ovenbrandje gehad, huiskamer vol rook, en alle waardes waren zeer giftig. Nadat alle rook verdreven was bleven alle waardes veel te hoog. Oppervlakken gepoetst en lang geventileerd, maar het bleef hoog.Nadat ik deze ventilator aangezet heb, 12 uur op maximaal en daarna op automatisch, zie ik de stof meters extreem dalen, zelfs ver onder de niveaus van voor het brandje.PM 10, 2.5, 1 micrometer PPM is zelfs NUL geworden ! en het superfijnstof van 0.3 micrometer zie ik duidelijk dalen op de rustige automatische stand, nu al veel schoner dan voor het brandje. De rustige luchtverplaatsing is blijkbaar beter om het het superfijstof te vangen.De waardes zijn nog nooit zo gezond geweest. Ik had het niet verwacht, maar dit werkt echt grandioos.Dit zal zeer goed helpen tegen stof van huisdieren en mensen.

Valutazione dopo due giorni di utilizzo: all'apertura della confezione il filtro ha un po' di odore ma dopo il primo utilizzo va via. Semplicissimo da usare, ha un solo tasto che ad ogni pressione cambia la modalità (normale, turbo, sleep). Il sensore analizza l'aria ed automaticamente parte la modalità adatta, il led cambia colore a seconda della qualità dell'aria (da blu a viola a rosso). Ha funzionato benissimo, dopo aver spruzzato un insetticida nelle vicinanze poco dopo si è attivato ed anche quando ho cucinato è partita la modalità turbo (è un po' più rumorosa ed emette più aria fresca). Nella modalità normale è silenzioso. Particolare interessante, a differenza di altri, ha anche un tasto ON/OFF per spegnerlo definitivamente. L'unica pecca è il costo eccessivo dei filtri di ricambio.

Muy bien, el modo automático funciona perfectamente y es muy silencioso. Se activa con más potencia cuando detecta humo o ácaros, perfecto.
