Black tea contains caffeine which is to be avoided when you have a UTI. Maybe this tea is better as a preventive measure, but it didn't work for me.

This tea doesn't taste good in my book however I had a kidney stone, drank a couple cups, next day had a ct and stone was in my bladder already. Coincidence? Maybe, but will keep it around just as well. Gifted one to my sister to test out as she gets more frequent kidney stones. She tried it and wasn't impressed with the taste either so not something either of us would drink regularly

For many years I have suffered with UTIs at least once a week with no medical reason why. Desperate to find something to ease the discomfort, I tried Nutra flow. Since drinking once cup everyday I haven't had a UTI since and no discomfort associated with it. I will be continuing to drink this every day as it is the only thing that has helped!

I liked this tea. It helped me when I was going for wee a lot but didn’t have urinaty tract infection. It relieved the symptoms after 2 days. A bit bitter flavour for me but what I wouldn’t do for my health? 😉It tastes better with honey.

Just had my first tea bag and put honey with it and was pleasantly suprised as taste was good just be warned if like me your a tea bag spoon squasher little bits come out of the tea bag. Think this would also be good if made for people who prefer real tea leaves. Now to see if it eases problems.

Definitely an acquired taste - found it rather bitter. It seemed to help with recurrent bladder problem after a few days. Did take Cystopurin for 2 days beforehand though so any benefit may be due to a combination of both. Perhaps useful to keep in the cupboard if you suffer from mild bladder problems.

It works. Simple as. Bought as a ‘what else to try’ for interstitial cystitis. 2 days of this brew and the flair up settled. Used it on 2 occasions and it worked. Happy to have it in the cupboard as a go to when it occurs. Relief indeed
